I had to return on Saturday morning because the finish on one of my nails was peeling off, they kindly fixed it. It is now Monday, I have several other nails peeling and one of them has broken. The job was done OK at best - but overcharged for everything. $133 for both - absolutely ridiculous and zero customer service. I asked if this was her first time doing this and if so, she needed to remove herself and let someone who knows the process do my nails. She swore it was only because her old shop she worked at did it differently. No ma'am! the chrome is all kinds of different shades and mostly just silver - not chrome at all. I've already had 2 nails come off because of the little bit of tip she did use. This tech was clueless. I also hate coming here because when you ask for dip powder they try to use the solar powder claiming it's easier for them...umm no! I don't give a damn, Give me what I'm paying for. There were some really nice things and some not no nice things. Unfortunately, the bad really spoiled the good. The good: the salon is clean, and relaxing. The massage chairs were wonderful and I was offered a lovely glass of wine during my pedicure. The bad: pretty much the whole pedicure. I picked the "Pamper Me" pedicure. She was very rough with my cuticles and the force she used pushing them back was painful. She did not use cuticle nippers to trim back the cuticle at all. That's a first for me with a pedicure. The "callus treatment" didn't include any type of callus remover gel, just a very minimal amount of scrubbing. Onto the polish- the color looked beautiful as it was applied. We stayed for at least 15 minutes post pedicure to let things dry. When I got outside I could see in the daylight that there was polish around the nail beds as well as ghost remnants of the dark polish I came in with on the tops of my toes where it hadn't been completed wiped and removed. The worst part is- 1.5 hours after my pedicure, the polish was still wet. It was applied so thickly that even touching it at that point made fingerprints. So after a pedicure, I ended up coming home to completely redo the polish myself and also scrub my own calluses. #pedicurefail read more

PopService was friendly, but I did not like my nails at all. I came in with french tip dipped nail manicure that simply needed to be filled. I expressed and explained what I wanted done. The manicurist began by soaking the present powder off my nails. I figured, he knows what he's doing, so I'm not going to interfere. Then he dips my nail in powder to cover the nail bed, which seems to be pink instead of the same clear that I had before. I explained again that I only wanted to french tips the same as before. "Yeh, yeh." he responds as if we have an understanding. The next step, he scrapes off the top half of the pink powder on each nail on my left hand to do the"french tip". I explain that I only want the "french tip" on the tip, not a thick top half of the nail. He said, "ok maybe tell me first next time." Uh, well I'm telling you now, right and the customer is always right. This is a different technique than any other time I've had my nails done, so how am I supposed to know what he's is up to. Anyway, he proceeds to scrape less off of my right hand nails, without correcting the left hand. So I ended up with uneven nails from one hand to the other. And, each french tip is crooked - lower on one side of the nail than the other. Finally, to top it all off, the finished nails were lumpy, not smooth. It looked like some amateur did my nails or I bought a do it yourself kit. ...I had to get back to work so I didn't have time to express my dissatisfaction. Plus, if this was a manicure, I thought that I'd get some attention to my cuticles. Nope, the manager said "you have to tell him first if you want cut cuticles." Ok, if that's the procedure I'll make a mental note. But at the register, when the manager rings me up for a $50 pink & white, I explain that I didn't ask for pink and white; she says "pink & white looks better because you can't see the nail under." Duh, for me, that was the whole point to see the nail, a natural looking nail, not pink with white tips. So she gave me a discount which ended up going to the tip anyway, on their little check out machine that asks you 'how much tip" (didn't see "do you want to tip"). I also had a problem with them not being able to figure out how to make a non-alcoholic drink. But at least I got a free pineapple juice. I will definitely not return to this location. I've been to another executive spa with more pleasing results and atmosphere and clearer pricing. read more

my nail tech was so aggressive when using the file on my acrylics that I started to bleed. When I express to my nail tech that I was in pain on the first finger that started bleeding. she acknowledged what I said, wipe the blood off and then repeated the same thing on my pinky finger. it took a couple minutes for my fingers to stop bleeding and she told me, " sorry there must be something wrong with the nail filer." no sis you clearly were going apeshit on my fingers, if anything she was more aggressive when i told her it hurt. This place is horrible. First time trying them after a friend recommended them to me. As soon as I walked in, a guy asked us what we wanted, had us register and then, my friend and I waited an hour before being serviced. We were then escorted to the back of the place and proceeded to do the services. The overall experience was horrendous as my tech kept getting the wrong nail color, she cut me while cleaning my cuticle and had no regard of the blood. I got my mani/pedi and eyebrow all for $143! **ZERO STARS!!!** Treated Horribly by the manger to the point where I refused to be serviced by Executive Nails on Rayford and I walked away all before services were even attempted. This was the first time I ever stepped foot in this place. Here is my experience with this location... My mother had her nails done here, liked it, but a nail broke so we stopped in with my toddler ready to enjoy a mani/pedi while my mom had her nail replaced. Girls time right! No. The minute we walked in we were approached aggressively. What did we want done following many other questions. I said mani/pedi's for all, but my mother said no I just got my toes done too so I then thought we'll no girls time, it's pointless, let's just all sit get manis and she fix her nail. Over hearing our discussion, the manger visibly got upset and was pushy trying to convince me to get a pedicure too and then said the baby (3yrs old) is $30 for both, as if that was a good price. I said, "No just manicures.", as she clearly knew why I did not want a pedicure. The manager got more pissed and continued to speak to me in a rude disrespectful way and asked, "what kind of manicure." I said "a basic manicure with clear polish and the baby will pick a color." She then tried to talk me into gel/shellac and I said no just clear and she then turned to my mom and angrily said "What Is She Here For then!" My mother didn't respond because she wasn't even paying attention and I just held my tongue. They didn't listen and still tried to get us to sit in the pedicure chairs and we had to remind them only manicures so we were sat and I had the nail color selection book and while my little one was still deciding on a color the manager walks up to us and says "What do y'all want" and I'm asking my daughter to confirm her color and the manager started tapping her pen against the table right in front of me and huffing and puffing looking around impatiently, basically rushing me. So I hurried my daughter and she then took the book and walked away. At that point I sat and though no this is all too much and unacceptable so I stopped the lady who was to work on my mom and asked who was the manager and she confirmed it was the lady who was speaking to be the whole time. So I waived her back over and simply told her I do not appreciate her tone and attitude towards me and I refused to be serviced by them and that I will now be leaving. Her attitude changed quickly, she denied ever treated me that way as she tried to get me to stay. I left and my mom stayed to have her nail fixed and she then began to mess with my mom and my mother ended up leaving upset because the manager told her "Did you really come over here for just one nail?!" And my mother told her "No. my daughter wanted services done, but you were being very rude to her." And the manger pouted and walked away not saying another word. read more

I am a fan of Lush and Co. this location is close to home so I tried them out (I usually visit the Louetta location). First visit was ok, because they were rushing and the attention to detail was lacking. My dip nails were thick and you could see the different layers in the color. The final finish was a little sloppy on toes and nails. The folks are friendly so I tried them out a second time. This time the final product of my nails were great...toes not so much. Half of my toenails are painted and the polish was thin and you can see the strokes. My $40 pedicure wasn't memorable. I got that paraffain wax, hot towel and hot stone, but again...it was rushed. Normally they put my feet in the paraffain, wrap each of my legs with a hot towel while wax is molding to my feet. They take wax off, massage foot, take towel off and wipe down to get any access wax from foot. Well bit times they just threw a towel (one towel) over both legs and patted my legs. I seen the lady across from me get it done properly by her tech, so I just took a mental note. In addition, I got cut and was nicked several times while getting my nails done. The first time the tech tried to act like she didn't notice I was bleeding (nothing I couldn't bare, but act like you see my skin is broken, skin hanging and blood). I had to tell her it was stinging and bleeding. I feel if they would slow down (I had an appt both times and it wasn't packed) I think they can get another star from me. In all, third times a charm, so maybe I will get good results on my pedicure and nails next time Lol. The convenience definitely is the reason I went back (in between my 1st and 2nd visit I went back to Louetta location--I admit it), but I do find myself comparing this location to Louetta's location a lot. If the next visit isn't better I will have to make the trek to the old location. I reallllllyyyy like how Diana did my nails though so fingers crossed. I really want to like them. Lol read more

Lush & Co is a full service spa that opened recently right near our apartment, and I use the word 'full' to mean a few different things. Firstly, this is a place that offers a full menu of pampering, including massages, facials, and nail services, to the entire family. As someone who has often tried to finagle her husband into the luxurious world of nail care, their menu of male-specific massages and nail services is a boon. The fact that they have a full bar at the front also provoked a great deal of interest for my reluctant spa buddy. While customers are limited to two drinks, the menu of complimentary drinks are impressive and definitely adds another level of fun to the experience. The spa itself is impressive. When I describe it as one of the nicest nail salons I've ever visited, I say this without an ounce of exaggeration. With decor that is heavy on the dark grays and piano finish whites (speaking of which, there's even a baby grand piano in the corner), the whole place screams luxury and cleanliness. Usually, a visit to the nail salon means having to choose a color before sitting down, but the attendees here don't dream of their customers doing such heavy work. Instead, I was immediately seated in a squishy chair while I was provided with a binder of all the color choices, neatly organized by polish brand. Then, my technician offered me another binder that displayed the variety of services available. Though I was only there for a pedicure, there were about eight or nine different types I could receive, many including massages and face masks. After that, there was yet another menu for drinks to peruse. When I finally decided on the mimosa, my technician rung a handy call bell to the side of my chair that called someone over to collect my drink order. It was all very customer-oriented, and I absolutely loved it. The nail work itself was painstaking. Each pedicure chair is equipped with a strong lamp so that technicians can apply that much more care to their work, and mine worked with great focus. She was friendly but quiet, which I actually enjoyed, and my nails turned out great. My only slight compunction was that the massage was a little soft. At the end, there was also no invitation to come to a drying table, and when I asked about one, the question was met with a little confusion. However, they were perfectly all right with me sitting in the comfortable seats as long as it took the polish to dry. While I'm of the mindset that the quality of the actual nail work is far more important than the décor and ambiance, Lush & Co is a space that has both in spades. I did a mani/pedi with my husband. The other day and this was by far one of the best I've had in a while. We both chose the natural pedicure and added a 5 minute foot massage. It was great to unwind, have a drink and be pampered. The massage felt great! I could've fallen asleep right their in the chair. When you need a refill on your drink, you can press the call button and they will bring you a refill. My manicure also came with a massage. Super modern and has a bar with a piano right in the front. Very different from how traditional salons are run, it almost felt like I was in a club/restaurant. She's a super sweet Viet lady who was very quiet but very quick and efficient when it came to my service. I got done in about 30 minutes tops. I'm really happy with her work and my toes. I usually love this place to get my dip powder nails but this is what my toes look like after getting a pedicure yesterday. The nail tech (Lena) pulled the skin instead of cutting it around my big toes. It was pretty painful but sticking them back in the warm water helped soothe it. It wasn't until I got up to use the restroom before she started painting that it started gushing blood. She blamed me for getting up first and then tried to stop the bleeding with all kinds of burning liquids and cotton balls. After a good 5 min of nothing stopping the bleeding she had to put a band aid on it and just paint the other nails. I've never bled this bad getting a pedicure before. With a band aid wrapped bleeding unpainted nail I wobbled up to the front to pay and what really threw me is that I had to ask for a discount. I got 50% off. Both big toes are sore and swollen today. I came today with my bestie. This is her go to spot. The staff was very friendly, and the drinks were great! Sam did my pedicure, and she was amazing! She actually massaged my legs and feet, and applied pressure. It felt so good. I liked that a timer was set when the massage started, so I was sure to get the full 7 minutes. I gave this place 4 stars, because overall, my experience was great. The only thing that wasn't good was my manicure. I got a refill of powder, and requested ombré, orange and pink. I showed the nail tech a picture of the shades of the colors I wanted. She picked shades that were too pale. When she picked new shades, they were too pale also, so I asked her for the samples so I could choose the colors myself. She apologized, and really, that was no biggie, because she was trying to be helpful by selecting the colors for me. Where things went wrong is when she applied the powder. I guess it's technically ombré since two different colors are on my nails. It is not blended though. From a distance, you can't really tell, but if you're standing next to me, or if my hands are in a picture, you definitely can. Before she put on the top coat, she asked me if my nails looked ok. I told her yes, but only because I didn't see a purpose in telling her no at that point. So much time had been spent on them, and she was on the final step. What would have been done to correct it? I didn't say anything at checkout either, because, again, what could have been done at that point. I didn't want to spend anymore time there at that moment for her or someone else to start all over again, and in my past experience with poor service from a nail tech at salons, they just apologize and say they won't pair you with that tech again. No discount, no waived fee, no offer for the service to be redone at a later date. So again, overall, good experience, and I'd go back and would recommend the place to others. I am not one to write reviews. However, this has to be one of the worst nail spa I've ever been to. I had decided come to executive nail on rayford this past Sunday. I had walked in and I was taken in right away. My nail lady had asked what I wanted to get done and I showed her a picture. She then proceeded to ask if I wanted any designs, I honestly did however I wanted to make sure she was comfortable and confident doing it. I showed her and she told me could. WRONG. I told her I wanted a very light nude as you can see for the picture. She then proceeds to put a pinkish nude and when I told her I don't think this is the right nude, you could tell she was not happy. She aggressively gave me the color swatches for the nudes. Another lady had to come help me pick out a nude color who was very kind, but unfortunately still very pink. I have had acrylic multiple times and I know that the application can be thick however this lady literally applied 2-3 layers. She didn't bother to even care about her application. The acrylic is on my nail bed and even under the nail she didn't bother to shave it down so it incredibly thick. She tempted the design on one nail and at that point I decided this was the worst decision ever and decided to not get the design. She didn't bother shaping my nail much and no buffering on my nail to make it smooth. She just put the gloss on my nail and sent me out. Now only 4 days later all my nails are starting to lift. WORST $65 EVER SPENT. Even my skin was peeling after I left. It may be a bit of a drive but stick to Gloss nail bar or Milano nails. Also not sure of the lady's name but she has a pixie cut and blonde ash hair. read more

The experience at this place is relaxing as it promises. Chairs are comfortable, the employees are friendly and attentive and overall the ambiance is pleasant. I was pleased with the service options and polish/powder colors to choose from. Service was quick and I left very happy with my SNS nails. I regularly get SNS nails done so I know that they last me at least a good 2 weeks before they start to crack/peel off, even if I've been rough with my hands/nails (I've smashed my finger in a door before and the nail has been perfectly fine, gone to the pool/beach, washed plenty of dishes). However, just 3 days after my service the powder/polish completely came off my thumb when I went to go open my laptop. It looked as if a fake nail just flew off. I figured it was my fault somehow so I went back the next day and they redid that nail. Two days later, another nail just slipped off randomly! And another one a day later. I came to realize how poor of a job they had done on my nails because I have never experienced this with SNS. It's been 11 days since I got my nails done and the only one that remains now is the one they had fixed for me.
