Visited and got a Pedicure with Mussi and Manicure/Shellac with Cindy. They are both very detailed and friendly. There was no wait time

Nice place! Always treated great... just be patient and explain what you want. They aim to please

I am new to the area and was very skeptical about choosing a new nail salon to handle my nails and feet. However, I am very well pleased with the service that I received today from Sarah. She did an excellent job. I will be returning here. Apple Nails has gained a new client out of me. read more

Been coming for a couple years now and love the atmosphere! Nancy is my girl and she's the best!

Check out this place, the staff is very kind and professional. Sink is available to wash your hands as soon as you walk in along with a touch less thermometer. We had the pleasure of meeting Jackie that greeted us from the beginning with a beautiful smile and she was very personable. She and her staff made our 1st visit a success. Haley & Q did our pedicures and did an amazing job and spoke to us the entire visit. I would recommend this place for your next spa day. read more

Wonderful customer service-would highly recommend-Nancy and John provide a very professional service

The atmosphere is great, the staff is lovely, but the quality is iffy. I got a pedicure and a shellac manicure. Very satisfied with my pedi but my nails look as though my 5 yr old painted them. The manicurist was sweet although a bit too rough for my liking. I asked him to remove the polish because they had bubbles in them and I did not like the color. He stated that the nail polish was old (yet he kept using it) and that he would fix them immediately despite my stressing that I had to leave. For them to be so pricy, I'd expect everyone to be top notch. I do not plan on returning. I'd say go, but know who to ask for. read more

Super clean, very friendly staff! After trying several places in town I have found my new pedicure spot!

First time there and my best friend and loved it! But the pricing for full set acrylic nails was overpriced. price for the full set, price for "special shape" which was normal shape and finally price for length size was crazy for normal full set. read more

Excellent service! Clean fast and efficient. I will definitely go back to see Kelly for a manicure. Thanks again!

I checked the reviews & still decided to try this place due to the location. I chose the Detox pedi on the menu because it included wax, hot towels and rock massage. I was told 10 minute wait, no problem. After I was soaking in the chair the front desk lady came over and said the detox no longer includes hot wax, hot towels and no rocks either. For real?? Must have been an old menu she said. Then I settled for a classic, basic pedi. Very disappointing. Is it possible to feel more dry after a pedi??? Save your $$$. read more

Missed you today Lucy . Had 3 broken nails and a big mtg tomorrow. So I HAD try someone else. She was rough, messy, and argued with me about what and how I wanted my nails done. Sorry folks I was so turned off by this girl I didn't ask her name (no name badge). I just wanted to get out of there. read more

The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because when I walked in they immediately wanted to give me a 50$ pedicure when I usually pay at most 35 + 15 for shellac/ gel... I must admit that the lady that did my pedicure was very thorough... My nail tech Vivian was super nice but I believe I can get my full set done better where I previously got my nails done, she took more time on my nails than my previous nail tech and not even half of the results that I've gotten before with half of the time and money spent. She didn't clean up the dust after she was done filing and proceeded to add the top coat which lead to my full set looking bumpy... not my favorite set read more

Love Apple Nails. Tony is the bomb!!! The receptionist, which may also be the owner (I'm not sure) is SO sweet. She always recognizes me and remembers who does my nails. Tony is my nail tech and I love the experience with him. He gets right down to it and does an excellent job. He smiles from time to time and says a little, but not too much, which is perfect for me. I have had lady techs that want to talk and ask questions about my personal life, which I don't care for. Also, Jack has done my nails before and he's greet also. I left another salon because the guy kept cutting me, but these gents are very cautious and have never cut too deep. The service that I get is the gel manicure. It lasts about 3 weeks. No chipping at all and seems like an endless supply of color choices. I've been going to Apple Nails since they opened. So far, so good. Oh,, and no acetone smell either!!! read more

Came in for a pedicure. And I'm not gonna lie this pedicure was probably hands down one of the best pedicures I have ever received. Everyone was so polite and professional. The environment is extremely relaxing and quiet. Most definitely coming back again. read more

I've come twice - once for a refill & once to treat my family to pedicures. I was impressed with my nails. At first. But in less than a week, I began to have issues. The quality of my nails is pretty awful. Two have completely broken and a third is cracked. After a week, they look like I need a refill. I get my nails done regularly and have never had this happen. The products used seem to be if a lower quality -- which sucks and is definitely unexpected at this price point. I brought my family in for pedicures and everyone except one person had to request for errant polish to be cleaned up. They got the second star because the salon is gorgeous and everyone is quite nice. read more

Wonderful service! Anna and Nancy did a wonderful job! The staff at Apple is always friendly, professional, and accommodating!

The young women here do the best nails. I have had the older men do my gel nails and was very unhappy. The girls did my gel, solar and shellac nails perfect. read more

Great experience. Always lovely customer service. Very clean and nice, relaxing atmosphere. Oh you won't be in there long with their speedy service. You don't have to ask for a specific nail tech bc all of the techs are great. Thank you Apple Nails Lounge. read more

Definitely won't return, I came in and filled out ombre on the menu but had a photo of what I wanted I showed Vivian the phone which turned out not to be ombre she spent the next 20 minutes trying to convince me to get ombre ( sn ombre cost more) they didn't have nor did she try to help me find the colors to match I HATE MY NAILS they were super thin and one chipped the next day and the day after that one broke. Slightly upselling your customer is ok but to complete push to not get something that I truly want is ridiculous. Nevermind the money youll make today , once you gain a loyal customer you'll make money forever. PS turn you open sign off sometime because it's misleading. read more

Stop in today while running errands with my kids and walked right in and was put in a chair. Me and my daughter got the Apple pedicure and dip powder manicure. Vivian was very attentive to me and friendly. Toby did my pedicure and boy did he massage my legs. Our hands and feet came out perfect I would definitely come back. Oh and the Mimosas was right on time as well. read more

I've been to this place before, but I don't know what happened this time. I feel that the services provided were rushed and not of good quality. The tech doing my pedicure (I think her name is Vy) was way too aggressive on my feet to the point where they started to bleed (see picture). I asked for one thing and was given something completely different. On top of toenail being cut way too short (hence the bleeding), they are also uneven !!! I'm beyond annoyed and dissatisfied. The manicure was ok. Worst $45 I've ever spent. read more

Terrible! Gave them a second chance. First time I went, a man twisted my finger so hard that he hurt me really badly. Second time just now, guy did my nails and cut me in 8 different places. And then he blamed it on me and said my cuticles were just too sensitive. Not going back here again. read more

New management will NOT allow clients to schedule repairs. Without an appointment, you will waste an indefinite amount of time! I waited for over an hour and when I questioned "how much longer it may take?" I was told that "customers with appointments come first." So basically, they're doing you a favor by guaranteeing a repair at the expensive of your time? Sorry but that makes no sense. read more

i love this nail shop they are clean and will to help fine the perfect shade. i live Vivian she is amazing with the brows.

Just moved the area and wasn't able to get back on my old side of town to visit my regular nail salon. I've been shopping around for backups for quite a while but due to the lack of websites created for most of the nail salons in the area I decided to take a chance on ANL. Making an appt. was quick & easy and according to their website I PLEASANTLY surprised as to how low their manicure prices were. After arriving for my appt. I was assigned a manicurist within minutes. There really wasn't any wait time. Tiffany EXCEEDED my expectations and did an AWESOME job on my signature manicure. ANL & Tiffany has now my official backup spot. FYI, For those nail spa's within a 5 mile vicinity of ANL it would really help if you have a website or at least an active one. read more

This was my second time going for a pedi but first got a mani and full set. While getting my pedi I was treated very nice and welcomed by them. They helped me decide on a perfect color for my toes. A woman approached me and asked if I could prove the numbers to the powders I picked I provided three for an ombré effect and she told me they can only do two colors. I specifically told her I wanted my tips colored and she never came back. I was seated later to get my mani the guy seemed pretty rushed like he just got there. He asked for my colors and went and grabbed them while cutting down my nails he asked what style I replied coffin and notified me it was $5 more no problem since that's the style I like while filing my nails I notice the inconsistency of the shape I notified him that they were uneven. He told me it's okay he will reshape after powder was applied after he kept saying how beautiful the colors were constantly I'm sure he saw i was unhappy (literally held my breath and hoped it got better) after the powder was applied he refilled again and by this time i started to guide him on each nail shape. A lot of the nail technicians watch over each other's shoulders to do on the spot techniques that customers ask for. Honestly if i would of known this i would of never sat down. Overall took an hour and thirty minutes to finish. read more

I was here for a powder refill and chrome powder on top. They just rub that in with their finger or eyeshadow brush. I was charged $45.00 for that refill. That was a bit too expensive. I've had two bad experiences at this location. When the location first opened, I went for a pedicure and the technician didn't speak English to understand what I wanted. I decided to give them another chance a few months later. Tony was very good, so I continued to return. However, when I got my nails done with dip powder, the lady did a horrible job including roughing up my cuticles and surrounding skin. I told her to stop and asked for another technician. This required one hand to be soaked off to start over. The next technician didn't do the dip powder the right way either and made two of my fingers bleed. The owner that works to the front desk knew about the bad experience and only offered a 10% discount. I was bleeding and they couldn't even find the green antiseptic to help. Horrible experience and I won't be back. Do yourself a favor and go to Nail Spa One! read more

I recommend Tiffany for dip powder, shellac, or acrylic. She doesn't rush. She takes her time and is very good at what she does!!
