Dear Sweet Baby Jesus, I was SO SCARED! Like...zero time to prepare, but let's do this! Dr. Cyriac and Nikki were so good with me. I was so scared but anytime I needed a moment, they gave it to me. Their "chair side" manner is top tier, I mean TIPPY TOP tier. Nikki answered all my questions, even the ones that probably seemed absurd. No one WANTS a root canal, but York Smile Care is 10/10 if you have to do it!

Told her the ink would cause melanoma. And then refused to proceed. Unbelievable! I'm in the dental field. I encourage people to quit smoking but I don't refuse treatment. The whole body check was a 15 second "stand up, looking at the front and back of your body". Nobody could make a diagnosis that way. This group is horrible; from the office manager (young girl who is a joke), front office staff (miserable), clinician who is totally unhappy and says her boss (Benne) tells her "to get in and get out" and spend 5 minutes with the patient. They only care about your money. I had an area in my back that was painful to the touch. I wasn't able to see it so I made an appointment (was able to be seen that same day). She looked at the area for 5 minutes, saw nothing, and charged me $100 for the visit.
