I hope I can fit all the words! Three weeks ago, I went in to get a crown. Once Dr. Cyriac started the procedure, it was determined that I would need a root canal. Dear Sweet Baby Jesus, I was SO SCARED! Like...zero time to prepare, but let's do this! Dr. Cyriac and Nikki were so good with me. I was so scared but anytime I needed a moment, they gave it to me. Their "chair side" manner is top tier, I mean TIPPY TOP tier. Nikki answered all my questions, even the ones that probably seemed absurd. Had an appointment at 1400. I arrived at 1340. Door was locked! When I called I was told by "Pam" that I have to wait outside in the 33 degree weather, until they unlock the doors at 1400. Thankfully, I wasn't dropped off for this appointment and sat in my car until 1400. Here's an idea, Pam, maybe include your ridiculous unlocking door policies in the verification text/email that you send prior to an appointment. Do better. the dentist was good, general manager took it upon herself to process my bill personally instead of the billing dept. come to find out from my insurance I was way over billed and of course had to pay upfront. she refunded some of it but still owes me $159.00 and refuses to return my multiple calls. billing say they can't help as the manager handled it. They did a crown for me, less than two months later I came in for a cleaning, the crown broke right after the cleaning. Now I get to spend five days with what feels like a broken piece of glass in my mouth. They won't even make time to have me come in to take off the sharp edge. Then, they call me thinking I can just leave work with no notice in the middle of the day, so it's convenient for them. read more

If I could give a zero star I would, I just left this place and I would never in a million years tell anyone to go there. The bed side manner from Biju Cyriac DDS, is repulsive, especially from a place that claims they are here to give people a better experience. My experience: I have bad tmj which makes opening wide for extended periods of time hard, do you think this dentist could care or knew how to work on someone with TMJ Absolutely not. I'm evaluated, xray, gave the gas,started to relax and get less anxious (I get terrible anxiety due to previous poor experiences places). Dentist is called in for opinion, walks in says hi, no intro, no chit chat, leans me back and starts poking. He then continues to get irritated and continues to say open up ect, until he stops and again only speaks to the hygienist. The only clear thing I heard was "I can't fix the cavity I can't get my tool back there". I then ask what's going on and without turning the music off, the TV off or lowering his mask (so I can hear better or read his lips) he proceeds to tell me there's nothing he can do. I again ask what did he say, the Hygentist tells me there's nothing he can do, I then explain I just needed a minute to relax my jaw and I could reopen farther. Again had he spoke to me at any pt to find out about me or my condition he would have known this. From there I'm told to go to a specialist for my gums, they won't do the cleaning or the filling and I'm sent out with a referral slip. So after getting a sitter, driving from Hershey, bc this place is supposed to be so great, I'm left with a bill, feeling like shit, and still again without a teeth cleaning, only to try and get into another place, which we all know is going to be months out from covid backlogs. The only positive was the nitrous gas and the women up front and they Hygentist who tried. Needless to say if you have TMJ, or prefer a friendly dentist who actually wants to know about you the patient, this is not where to go. My tip to this dentist, learn how to speak with patients where you can deliver bad information politely, give interests into the new patients like me, so you can learn what their problems are other than the surface look, and go back to school and learn new tricks for TMJ dental work. I have been given bite bits to relax my jaw during work, pediatric size tools, novacaine, and repeated breaks during cavity fills, if those dentist know how to do it you should. read more
