    I like this Apple store a lot. I love the white walls, spacious and minimalist layout, and that it's well air conditioned. (I have a problem with feeling overheated in many stores - - not here!) I have been an iPhone user for only three years, and have had very few problems that necessitated my coming into the store. I've come in a couple times to purchase accessories like an extra long charger, once to upgrade to another phone, and once to have my battery replaced. To a person, every sales associate here that I have met over the years has been friendly, polite, and helpful. Once I accidentally dropped my scarf in the store and then an hour later came back looking for it, and they had to put it aside for me. I thought that was super nice. The store is run efficiently and has consistently been right on schedule. Staff at the front door takes down customers' information and directs customers to the appropriate table where they are met by an associate. They are punctual. When they say my phone will be ready for pick up at 7:45, it is ready at exactly 7:45. I also like that the store sends a text when it's almost my turn to be seen, and then another text when they are ready to see me. They're very well organized at the store. Every sales associate can take payment and I like not having to wait on the line at a register.

    Eric was super helpful with all of my Apple stuff including my iPhone 13 Pro Max, Apple Watch Series 7, AirPods Pro (Generation 2), MacBook Pro, and Apple TV. I will always come back to Bridgewater Commons for help as long as I receive the same customer service that I received from them today.

    Came here on my lunch break had a reservation but arrived 10 minutes late they still assisted me. The store is like any typical Apple store, they have cute wooden seats at the front. My Apple guy was able to quickly fix my computer I just needed the software reinstalled. He was kind and courteous the entire time. Great experience and they didn't charge me can't beat that.

    John Holloway is great at what he does. Friendly, patient, professional, personable…read more Friends or even a few customer service representatives we contacted about computer and printer problems would guide us in fixing things without teaching us anything. Or sometimes these dial-an-expert types would have me perform a quick fix and, in the process, change other settings leaving us with new, confusing problems. One problem Epson customer service didn't help me with concerned my printer that I bought because it was wireless. Except after a year it still didn't print wirelessly. Not only did John fix that but he set up 2 choices in the computer software so that I can print with the Epson connected to my laptop when wifi is out. Also, he understands what would be helpful for us to know and what we don't need to know. Just like I don't need to know everything about how my car works in order to use my car efficiently. We hired him to work with us for an hour, even though there are lots of things we know he could have taught us that day. After an hour, we were at overload, and just wanted to practice the things he showed us. But we will certainly hire him again to show us how to use our iPhones, the TV remote, how to use Netflix etc. He left us a folder with pages of definitions of "techy" words. He is knowledgeable about the PCs (Dell) my husband uses, and Apple products like my MacBook Air laptop. It's great feeling that we can still be in touch with all the young people in our family, even in spite of shelter-in-place, and also that we can access all the great entertainment available online. That's what John did for us.
