I absolutely love coming here on my lunch breaks -- it's comforting, consistent, and always hits the spot. It looks like they may be going through a name change or rebrand. The menus are new and the name printed on them is completely different from what I remember. I wish I had taken a photo because I can't recall the new name offhand, but it seems like a change may be coming soon. I ordered from the new lunch menu and went with the red curry, subbing chicken for tofu and ordering it three-star spicy. It was so good -- rich, flavorful, and perfect for a cold, rainy day. The new lunch special also comes with two spring rolls, which were absolutely delicious and a great bonus. The portion was very filling and satisfying without being too heavy. As always, the service was great, and the food came out quickly -- perfect for a work lunch. I can't wait to come back (and I definitely will). This place continues to be a favorite.

I am very disgusted how hair in food was handled by Roy Thai Cuisine. We paid for our meals, including the hairy Phad Thai, but we will never return to this nasty place.

Then I found out that the order was never placed so the kitchen never made our food. There were no other customers there so I don't know how they didn't put in my order since I had placed it 10 minutes prior. To make matters worse, once we got home, we found out that they gave us an incorrect order. Instead of crispy garlic chicken and rice, we received a shrimp pad kee mow. This was extremely disappointing because my boyfriend does not eat seafood and doesn't like noodles in general. We went out of our way to come to this restaurant and chose Sweet Rice over other options that are closer to us. Considering the poor service, we will not be coming back or recommend it to others hence the 1 star review. I generally don't rate restaurants based on the service but the service was so bad that I lost my appetite for their food. I understand having to train new employees but there should be quality control measures in place to ensure that customers have a decent experience while new staff are training.

I was the only one who had been here, and I love it. It was everyone else's first time. We all live about 20 minutes away so it's not bad at all. A billing dispute could have been handled with a simple conversation and basic respect. Throwing money at a customer's face is humiliating, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. After hearing how my nephew was treated, I would not recommend this establishment.

Stopped in for a late lunch with a friend. Cozy, comfortable place, with nature videos on tv and decent music. I had tofu and vegetables, she had mango salad, her favorite. Fresh and delicious. Portions large enough for leftovers. Good service, though we did have to ask for boxes and the check. Prices very reasonable for the amount of food . Simply delicious. More people need to give this place a chance. The old owners were awful, and the food was not very good. The new owners are 100x time.
