The seafood was expired. Every-time I drive by this place my stomach hurts and I feel disgusted. I had never experienced this in a restaurant before. I was hopeful because the place is so close to my home and I found it right after moving nearby. It was such a sad experience because the service was also unpersonable. What a fantastic Thai feast! I just had to share this amazing meal I had. The entire dining experience was made even better by the staff. The service was exceptional our server was friendly, attentive and incredibly helpful. They were prompt with our orders and checked on us just the right amount, making us feel well-cared for without being rushed. Their knowledge of the menu was also impressive. It was a fantastic meal & tasted more like authentic Thai food and the wonderful service was the perfect touch! The Thai iced tea was the perfect start. It was so beautiful with the rich, creamy milk floating on top of the deep amber tea. It was perfectly sweet and refreshing, a classic done right. Then came the Crab Rangoons, which were a crispy delight. They were folded like little flowers and came with a delicious sweet chili dipping sauce. The filling was creamy and savory and the wrappers were fried to a perfect golden crisp. For my main course, I had the Pad See Ew. The wide, flat rice noodles were cooked flawlessly and coated in a savory brown sauce. The dish had plenty of tender beef, fresh broccoli and mushrooms. Each bite was a mix of delicious textures and flavors. Finally, the Thai Crab Fried Rice was a standout. It was light and fluffy, not greasy at all. It was packed with savory crab meat and fresh vegetables and the garnish of cilantro and sliced cucumbers added a nice, fresh contrast to the rich flavors. Just ate here with my husband. Food: we both got the beef pad-se-ew and garlic wings for appetizers. The padseew dishes: They were not good at all. I couldn't finish it. It's one of my favorite Thai dishes and this one totally disappoints. The flavor is too sweet and at the same time too strong of chicken/fish flavor/sauce. The garlic wings: They were just okay. Oddly enough they also had a strong fishy taste. It appeared to be just fried wings with a splash of bottled sweet and sour sauce with minced garlic added. The Thai tea: it was actually pretty delicious so it deserves its own star (hence the 2 star overall) The service: All the staff were friendly and helpful so they also get a star. I paid $18 for a dish that came with only THREE pieces of beef. The portion looked like something off a kid's menu, not a full-priced entrée. This is usually my go to spot to eat Thai food when I head up to WA once or twice a year. I have to say this time I was a little disappointed with the food. The pad Thai was way too sweet and quite sour. The garlic beef had great flavor but the beef was a little tough to chew. I remember it being more tender the last time I ordered it. I started eating Chili Thai with my fiancé a couple years ago when I moved to this side of town. We always ordered takeout, though he always talks about having brought his kids there when they were young (10-15+ years ago). We both love Thai food and Chili Thai is probably our favorite by far in the area. We finally went into the restaurant today (my first time) around 3:30-4:00'ish. We had clearly missed both the lunch and dinner crowd and the restaurant was quiet. I want to start off by saying I had gotten on here to double check the address to the restaurant and noticed a lot of 1-star reviews and 5-star reviews and not a lot in between. We've also felt they were a 5 based on our takeout orders. The 1-star reviews talked about bad food, bad customer service and the restaurant being dirty. I wasn't sure what to expect. You guys, I don't know where those people ate, because the restaurant looks great. It's very clean with beautiful orchids on every table and a relaxing yet classy vibe. The food and customer service were top notch -keep reading below. Our server was True (Tru?) and she was fantastic. Great service! She has a super friendly attitude and is very attentive. She told us it was only her third day and we were surprised, because she seemed to know exactly what she was doing. I would love it if she were my server every time I went in there. Truly a super sweet girl. The food, as always with our takeout, was stellar. We always order a 5. Which doesn't generally give us 5 heat vibes, but that could just be because we both like really spicy food. Regardless, we could taste a little heat and huge flavor. The Tom Yum was especially comforting as it was pouring down rain outside. What I like about Chili Thai is the great quality ingredients they use. I'm really picky about meat texture and don't like fat or tendons and a lot of restaurants serve kind of tough, chewy icky bits mixed in but not Chili Thai. They use good tender meats without the unsavory bits (sorry if you're into that -no judgement here, just a huge ick for me). The vegetables are fresh and cooked perfectly so they still have a bite. Altogether, the food was delicious. We had tons of leftovers to bring home and eat for breakfast, because leftovers are amazing. 4 dishes, a Thai coffee and a Thai tea all under $100 with leftovers to boot. Reasonable family meal, or, couples date with leftovers for the next couple days. It's not cheap on the wallet like cooking at home, but for going out in this economy, and with the quality, it's a great and reasonable option. Don't be afraid of the 1-star reviews. Focus on the 5-star reviews -they're more accurate. 10/10 recommend. read more

The fresh rolls were small, had no chicken and very little cilantro. They used to have peanut sauce and sweet-sour. I had to ask to get both sauces. Went here with my girlfriend and my son. The atmosphere was fine and difficult to rate during COVID. Businesses are doing their best to keep service going and stay in the game. My girlfriend and my son were both just satisfied with their meals, as they were not over the top meals. When I came in to pick up my order I said picking up for Corina and they laugh like 12 year old punks saying hehe Corona hehe. Don't get food from here. DELICIOUS. This was my first time coming here (: I came with the intent of ordering pineapple fried rice because that is what I was craving. I Am trying to lay off the "always order the same thing" by being brave and trying new things on the menu at any restaurant. I mean we only live once right? Might as well try everything in the entire world at least once. I was recommended the KeeMao noodles. I was thinking about cheating and ordering Cashew Chicken or Pad See Ew (technically I haven't tried it at this specific restaurant). Haha. Nopes. I stuck with the never tried KeeMao noodles. 3 stars with Chicken. Nest decision I ever made. At this first dine-in experience. It definitely had a spicy kick to the dish and I loved it. I like the flat noodles too which is just a bonus. Salty foods is a big turn-off for me, unfortunately. As I was digging in and enjoying my noodles, it was a bit too salty, the more I munched on my noodles. Other than that, the taste was great! I probably could have finished the whole dish but saved some for later(: I have to say, I love the interior! So cute. The place is quite large too~ I think it would be a cute place to come for a date. Delicious! I was nervous to go here because of the reviews but we had been given a Giftcard and we love Thai food so thought we would check it out. Definitely exceeded expectations! The staff was friendly. We had a new waiter ( second day working) and he was helpful and attentive and kind. We got yellow curry with rice and beef and the drunken noodles with chicken. Both were really good. I would order the same thing again next time. ( If you have never had drunken noodles, they are really good and I highly recommend them.) overall good experience. Also, I know some reviews mentioned portions and spice so here are comments on that: We got a spice level of two and it was great. Probably could be spicier but we weren't sure so played it safe.
