My Favorite Mistake…read more When I placed my order I was looking for a local shop, so I would be able to contact if I needed additional items. After scouring a couple of sites I came up with this site and figured why not? Fast forward 2weeks later, I was wondering what was the status of my order. So I called the store and they said " Yes, its here and done, you checked pick up." Oh Wow I missed that option, I am on my way. Reluctantly, I got in my car and headed to Baldwin Long Island w/my trustee GPS. DUH! I hadn't even noticed the option, that what kept on racing in my mind the whole way over. I hate the Southern State, Ughgh Maybe I should of asked them to mail it to me. Oh well, nothing I can do now. SOOOOO HAPPY I missed it. They are GaaaaaREEEEEEAAAT!!! Love Love Love, did I mention love this store. A+++++ Customer Service, if you can't find it they will help you get it. Lots of ideas for inspiration that can be made by them or yourself. I will definitely shop for more items. They were so gracious and helpful, I look forward to working with them for my 40th Birthday party. You can find all your party needs plus more. If you are crafty like me, drag yourself out the store before you go broke. There was a young boy working there -- I wish I had gotten his name -- but he left such a strong impression on me that I couldn't go without writing this. In a world that can often feel rushed and impersonal, this boy stood out like a beacon of kindness, patience, and genuine warmth. From the moment I walked into the store, I noticed him. He greeted every single person who walked in with the most sincere smile -- not the forced, robotic kind, but the kind that made you feel like you mattered. That small gesture alone was refreshing, but it was just the beginning. As I browsed through the aisles, I had some trouble reaching something on a higher shelf, and without me even having to ask, he noticed and came over to assist. He was so polite and respectful, saying "Let me help you with that" in the gentlest voice. It wasn't just about being helpful -- it was the way he helped. He made me feel seen, valued, and never like a burden. A few minutes later, I noticed an elderly man struggling with his cart, and once again, this kind boy stepped in immediately -- with no hesitation and no need for recognition.
