After questioning why she would approach business that way with a customer, she picked up the phone called the customer with the balance and spoke to her directly. The invoices had in fact been paid already in the air was on her part. Her demeanor quickly changed with my friend on the telephone, however she did not apologize to me or do anything to try to rectify how she treated me. So, you buy something, they give you a receipt after the fact, and, if you happen to read it after the purchase is done, you learn their return policy. 2. "If you asked, we would have told you." How this could be the shopper's burden is puzzling. 3. "We are a mom and pop store." They own 3 shops on expensive Saint Armand's Circle, so that is also an odd statement.
