As for the sales associate, when I ask for a different shoe in my size, they always behave as if I asked them to clean a dirty bathroom. I am answered with a huff, saying something like "I can go back and look, but not sure if we have that either," then all off a sudden a new employee comes over like the first one got annoyed and needs a mental break. If you are lucky enough to be able to grab something off the racks/shelves without needing an employee for assistance, good for you.
