Always feel like there's enough people working here. You don't often see that. I don't understand the memberships so you'll have to ask them there or check out their website, and by "don't understand" I mean never invested the time to read what it's all about. What I like about this store is you can get a pair of leggings/yoga pants always. You can get a solid color or a design or Capri or full length. Yeah they are $80 but they wear well and last. read more

Fabletics - Lots of leggings and capris to choose from - Sports Wear Near Me - Sarasota, Florida

If I could give it 0 stars or negative stars I would. I have never stepped foot inside their physical store, didn't know they had one. Online however, WHOLE DIFFERENT STORY. Back in 2023 I went on their website. I signed up and immediately canceled my account. About 6 months later I looked at my bank account. I was making good money at the time so I had not been checking at all but as soon as I logged in I noticed my account was sitting below $2700. I hadn't touched the account in weeks and only had small monthly bills being deducted. I went into the transaction history and surprise surprise I saw Fabletics, Fabletics, Fabletics... 6 different times across 6 months they charged me for their "membership". It's hardly a membership. They charge a whopping $60/month apparently and the only thing it gets you is discounts on their already OVERPRICED clothing. I called customer service immediately. She haggled with me for almost 30 min about getting a refund. I said I want all 6 months refunded I didn't ask for anything extra, just my money back. I hadn't used the service, I hadn't even visited their website since that initial day 6 months before. She started by offering 1 month then 3 then she halted at 4. She kept reiterating how "good" the discounts are and how she could give me a $10 credit for my troubles lol. They took nearly $400 from my account and I know for a fact I cancelled it. They offer a pause feature and I'm guessing when I asked to cancel they just paused it for a month instead. Long story short I settled for 4 out of the 6 months refunded. Leading to today! 2026! 3 years later! Haven't looked at their website or even thought about them in almost 3 years and I see a mysterious 2 separate charges on my account totaling $119.90... and guess who it was?! FABLETICS this company is a scam. I called for a refund on those two mints and explained this has happened before. After over an hour chatting online they finally agreed to refund. They went onto process it and it was declined. I said that's because I have a new debit card let me send it and you can refund me on the correct card... "sorry sir we don't take cards over the phone" I said so how am I getting my money back? They offered me a check in the mail. Now I'm stuck waiting approx 4-6 weeks (according to them) for my money. Long story short DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY AND IF YOU WANT TO BUY THEIR CLOTHING THEN PAY FULL PRICE. THE MONEY YOU SAVE IS NOT WORTH THE HELL YOU WILL GO THROUGH TRYING TO CANCEL THE ACCOUNT AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK. P.s. they have a live 24/7 chat feature. That's the quickest and best way to contact them if you have already been scammed like I was and you need a refund. God bless! read more

Fabletics - The part of the conversation when I realized it was going to be a check - Sports Wear Near Me - Sarasota, Florida

Went there today, at approximately 02:30 in the afternoon. I was looking for 2 specific items for gifts and there were two guys working with merchandise. Both saw me and didn't greet or give any signal of acknowledgment. No problem, I kept checking the tiny space (it's like a match box) I couldn't see what I was looking for so I approached to the register where this third guy was on a phone. He never, during the whole 6 minutes I stood up in front of him, reacted to my presence. The other two disappeared in the back. So I finally pick up the vibe. I'm "tang", male and an adult. I was looking for two items for gifts (no cheap). And all I got was a very unpleasant experience. I went to "alo" and lululemon afterwards and got what I needed without problem. Definitely better choices!!! read more

Scammed into a VIP membership by the male associate working there. A couple months ago I bought a pair of shorts in-store and he asked if I wanted to create an account to earn points etc (like a reward program) and did not tell me I'd be charged $60 a month for joining. Who would sign up for that? I just noticed a charge on my bank history for November and was so confused, looked back and there was one in October too that I missed! Had to call customer service to get these refunded and my "membership" cancelled. Soooo predatory and scammy! read more

Store associates seem racist up front. I (white male) came in with my boyfriend (non-white male) and i was greeted when i walked in but he was not. we were in the store for about 10-15 minutes and not once did the 6 people working ask if my bf need assistance or anything at all! This is not the first time i have experienced this with him. Completely unacceptable and we left without purchasing anything. read more

Came in last night 4/20 around 715 pm. Looked like three people working the floor. Not one looked up or said anything to me. I looked around tried two bras on in the fitting room. The girl who was standing at the back clearly saw me come in, she was steaming something and said nothing to me. The guy who was there was clearly more interested in being on the computer. And after two try ons the other girl on the floor finally asked how I was. I responded that I was disappointed. To which she said oh in the bra? I said yes and the fact that I've been in here for 15-20 minutes and nobody has yet to say anything to me....and I left prepared to buy several bras, at least a little over a hundred dollars if not two, with nothing. If you guys made your day than great, good for you. If you didn't I'm sure I l'd have helped you get there. If they have fallen short on certain days, well I could have helped you make up for it and become a lifelong customer. Maybe online makes up for all that they loose in this store. I don't know. read more

I was lured in to the store by a sign out front that said very clearly "free pair of leggings with an $89 purchase. There were no asterisks with qualifiers ...just plain and simple : spend $89 and get a free pair of leggings. I found a pair of leggings for $85 and grabbed a headband for $12 ...$96 total.... I also grabbed a pair of $65 leggings to be the free pair. When I arrived at the checkout, I was informed that I hadn't spent enough money to qualify for the free pair. The salesclerk explained that their method of processing is that they ring all 3 items up, giving you the most expensive item for free (imagine that).... resulting in my 2 items ($65 and $12 for $77) not reaching the required $89 .... necessitating I purchase another pair to get the free pair. I explained to the salesclerk "I come to your counter with 2 items totaling $96; based on your sign, I am eligible to receive a free pair of leggings". She explained that is not "how we do it". This is clearly bait and switch and deceptive advertising. It is so confusing when the sales clerks try to explain it to you, I'm certain most people walk away with their head spinning and spending more money they they should have. Fabletics should question why they need to resort to such marketing ploys in order to do business. This promotion is a scam. read more
