The few employees they have seem beat up over the cc nonsense. Yes, the customers can hear the push and did not come there to experience it. I am worried the store will not be there is the future, The area has gone downhill since the mall collapsed years ago. They need to be more friendlier and the corporate change in hardly any handbags, no real jewelry has cut down my visits. The exemption on what can be used with the coupons is not a good experience either. I know softlines has a lot of mark up, the ones in charge need to understand how to drive foot traffic. Prices are high so be careful with what you buy.

They always have a great selection of good quality clothes. It's not a "cheap" place to shop, BUT…read morethis is one of those times you get what you pay for. What puts the store over the top, though, is the sales staff. I've NEVER gone in the store and not had A1 sales service . . . period. The guys and girls are sensitive to what I'm looking for, quick to respond to my tastes, and they don't take things "offensively". Some stores get offended with "I really don't like that", but these guys, they smile, they take whatever I don't like away, and are back with something closer to my tastes QUICKLY! They don't try to push a style or a brand. They push ME to get what I WANT. They put their efforts into finding what I WANT instead of trying to convince me something I don't want is what I need. I really like that. I shop there for my wife, my son, and me. I will admit that some of the clothing there is overly "trendy" for someone past the age of 40 BUT, given a little input, the sales people there will find something appropriate (but still pretty "hip") for about anyone. If you DON'T try this Buckle store, you're doing yourself a disservice.

On my first visit I waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged by a representative (store was busy), I shared what I was looking for and she stated that their Fall colors hadn't arrived but to check back in a couple of weeks and to also try the weekday to avoid lines. I called yesterday and was told that the Fall collection had begun to come in. Arrived today, midday, I checked in using the rental QR code and was #1 on the list. Waited 20 minutes again without acknowledgment and my name was called up and I asked to see their Fall collection. The representative stated that Fall colors were more for the retail side of the house and their colors were standard year round. OK. I go to the retail (purchased) desk and stood for another 5 minutes without acknowledgment. I decided to leave, as my business wasn't a priority.
