I ordered mozzarella sticks, a chicken bacon ranch roll, and a small white pizza with broccoli, tomatoes, and ricotta. First, let me just say that delivery was prompt, the food was still steaming hot, and the man who delivered was very kind. These three things are always a plus when you order delivery!! So the mozzarella sticks were perfectly crunchy, really ooey, and came with a side of amaaazing sauce. Chicken roll was ginormous (could only eat 1/3 of it), and had a good amount of meat inside. But the pizza?!?! Oh this pizza was so yummy! The crust was awesome, almost like a jersey bar pie, but thicker. And the toppings tasted really fresh. I was super excited to come home today to leftovers, and really looking forward to ordering from here again :)

The portion size was HUGE and they definitely gave plenty of chicken and bacon! However, I feel like there wasn't quite enough cheese. I didn't realize that there was onions, cucumbers, and tomatoes in the salad, but this is my fault, as the description does state "Garden salad" which I assume would include those things. I ordered the salad with raspberry dressing and it was pretty good! Next time, I think I will try the Caesar Salad. My husband had that and said he really enjoyed his!

I love their eggplant rollatini app, & and the sauce that it comes with. This evening I asked on DoorDash notes if they could use the same sauce for a shrimp and broccoli Alfredo, but instead switch out the Alfredo sauce with this delicious pesto cream sauce. I also asked if they could exchange the fettuccine for angel hair. Most stores don't really care about your DoorDash notes, and usually ignore them. I know how good the sauce is so I wanted it as part of my dinner and my appetizer. And they delivered with all my modifications. Delicious food, & respect for their customers preferences. The place has a great atmosphere....with the glassed in seating where you can eat and people watch. The place is very clean and it seems that many people are related to one another here. The server was constantly checking on a little boy who sat alone and played on a tablet and really did not pay much attention to us. It was frustrating when we wanted to have drink refills and also to ask a question. Many other diners were waiting and it was obvious that they wanted to pay their bills but they no server in sight and we kind of cringed because it was hard enough to get a drink refill. The pizza was good, nothing stuck out to us about what we ate, but one couple has been going there for many years and said that our experience was the same as theirs for over 25 years. I guess, I'm wondering how they're still in Business from barely giving customers much attention. We won't be Back, but the place was clean and lots to see.

The cooking area is semi area where you can see the pizza being prepped. Considering this is a new place, again this place is spotless clean and this was late in the evening so some pride is taken with having to keep it up. Pizza - very good flavor. Sauce is semi sweet. Not too much cheese, it's just em right. The crust is on the thinner side. Some people have their preferences but I happen to like a thinner crust as I never want to feel like I'm eating a ton of bread. The chicken Caesar wrap is the best I've had in a very long time. Certainly the wrap was the best I've had since moving to the sourness Jersey area from up north in Essex county. The French fries also was very good. They have a crunch to them that is hard to find with other places. My to go order was packed in a away where my wrap was wrapped in foil to avoid the steam making the fries soft. (Smart move) on their end because I haven't had a restaurant ever do that for a Togo order. Customer service is superb. From the woman who took my order down to the owner. However, when you call in an order their computer has... "the newer, higher prices that they are going to be charging but haven't had a chance to update on the website or new menus". WHAT?? That's what I was told when I ordered $56 worth of food on the phone and was told my total was $65. I went in to pick-up and showed them their matching online prices and menu prices. That's when they gave me that ridiculous explanation about "new prices due to the pandemic". Those invisible prices that are no where to be seen EXCEPT in their computer. The owner wouldn't come to the counter to speak to me. Instead, the girl at the register went back and forth between me and him with the information and lame explanations. Changing prices is fine but at the very least update your website and don't argue with the customer. You're not the only take-out joint in town. Ultimately I used a $5 coupon and the owner reluctantly reduced the price so, in the end I paid $2 more than expected. We don't order out too often, but when we do it won't be Pizza Town.

That's when I came across Fratelli's Restaurant, and it turned out to be one of the best dining decisions I've made in a long time. From the very first phone call to arrange a reservation for a large group, the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating. Right away, I had a feeling I had made the right choice. When we arrived, we were immediately impressed by the level of service. The staff had prepared a beautiful table for our group, and from start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. I'm disappointed that I can't remember all of the servers' names because they truly did an outstanding job. Every one of my guests commented on how delicious the food was. My chicken dish was outstanding--easily one of the best meals I've had in quite some time. The quality of the food, combined with the exceptional service, made for an unforgettable evening. I can't thank the staff enough for everything they did to make our experience so enjoyable. I hope this message reaches the chefs and everyone working behind the scenes because they are incredibly talented and should be proud of the work they do. I'm not sure when I'll be back in the area for another tournament, but one thing is certain: anytime I am nearby, I will absolutely be making a reservation at Fratelli's. A huge thank you to everyone for providing such an amazing dining experience. If you're looking for a great restaurant, Fratelli's is a must-visit. You will not be disappointed.

The entrance when you first walk in is a little uninviting. They had a partition screen blocking the view of supplies. It is where you wait when speaking to the hostess. The outside of the building does not do it justice. The restaurant was nicely decorated and clean. All of the servers and staff were friendly and professional. Service was quick. I had the eggplant parm. It came with spaghetti which was ok. I usually substitute veggies or another type of pasta. I just didn't ask for some reason so not sure if they offer that. I really liked the eggplant. It was breaded but still crispy with the cheese and sauce. Their sauce is chunky and a little sweet. It was a really nice portion and took 1/2 home. I tried some of the pasta Al forno with sausage, meatballs, penne, etc. Delicious! I definitely recommend that dish even after just a few bites. The entrees come with soup or salad. The salad veggies were fresh and it was a good size. I tried the pasta fagiole soup but wasn't a big fan. It was underwhelming - lack of seasonings and it could have been hotter in temperature. One thing I thought was odd was our server never asked us if we wanted to order anything to drink. Gave us a pitcher of water and that was it. I know we could've asked if we really wanted soda or tea but just thought it was odd to go right into the food order. Overall I would go back. I think a reservation is good suggestion for the weekend. And they have a gluten free menu if you need it!!!
