They had a fairly large variety of vehicles, although it seemed like just one of each model. Unfortunately the one that I was interested in had been purchased just before I arrived (according to the sales guy) so I ended upgrading to a higher model (no pressure, apart from some encouragement about the extra speed, etc). The guy helping me did take the time to answer all my questions, and he clearly was quite enthusiastic about the different cars. They also have a RC racing track that seems pretty popular.

I have been to a lot of hobby shops and this is one of my favorites. they are knowledgable and have a wide variety of parts and rc cars, boats, and so forth. please always bring the instruction book or part number for the part you need. even though they have a vast knowledge of their products it makes it easier for them to look it up with parts numbers!!! This saves everyone time especially the people waiting behind you. I have been there while other people where there and the wait was a little long but they do make it a point to make sure you get good service. most of this is do to the people not having a part number as mentioned above. The place is bigger than it looks. there is a basement with a ton of bodies and tires and wheels. I like going there to browse amd always ask questions when I need help on a project. they never tried to sell me things I did not need! in fact he tried to talk me out of a couple of items and saved me money. I needed parts for my hpi jump shot and he had them in stock. they were back ordered everywhere on line and his prices are very competitive. I then bought the M41 traxxas boat. Once again he had it in stock and was very competitive on pricing. they made sure I had everything I needed to run the boat.

It's a good value too at $5 for your 15 minute track time. The Zepplin crew were friendly and helpful. Our 4 year olds had no issue with the operation of the controls. It was later in the day on a Saturday and not crowded at all. Good time. The boys each bought a Hot Wheels car on the way out.

In short, it felt like a mix of HomeSense, HomeGoods, and Michaels -- but on a much larger scale. Right at the entrance, there were seasonal items (Easter stuff everywhere around this time), followed by gardening and porch/patio décor, and it just kept going. Every aisle was a wow moment. We went in for a few basic décor items, maybe $10-$20 worth, and ended up spending over $300 on canvases, paintings, kitchen items, and more. I couldn't believe it! This location is an absolute mess. There's a rare situation when I'm in the area for work, realize I forgot something and have to pop in. 'Popping in' means spending around an hour, since there are a ton of shoppers here and they keep ONE register open. Not great Hobby Lobby. Will avoid at all costs unless it's a dire situation.
