First time visit! It's very clean and nicely decorated with beach themed decor. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. I had a Veggie Omelette with hashed browns. It was good! I ordered a Liver and Onions to go. It came with two sides so I chose Cottage Cheese and Mashed Potatoes no gravy. It turned out good, cooked the way I requested. The prices are very reasonable. Was very surprised and very pleased. The food was delicious, and prices were affordable. From looking at the outside of the diner, I really didn't expect much, boy was I wrong. Very nice dining experience! Highly recommended. I met a friend for a late breakfast yesterday. It was my first time here. We were greeted warmly by a couple employees and seated immediately (seat yourself). We were brought good coffee right away and refills were plentiful. Lots of choices but we both had omelettes. The servings are generous and the food is tasty. After we finished up, we sat around and talked for a while and the coffee kept coming. Great place, nice people. And I'd like to mention that hardly anyone was wearing a mask. If you're sick, stay home, if not, enjoy life! Can't wait to come back for lunch. read more

I was at this establishment for breakfast a couple of weeks ago and found it to be dedicated to those who are regulars. We waited about 10 minutes before anyone came to our table to give us menus then another 15-20 before anyone came to take our order. There were about 7 ladies all standing around talking to those who go there probably every day! Finally someone came over, the ladies do not wear hairnets, they all have long hair and they don't wear gloves but they are touching our food when they bring it to us. I ordered pancakes and found a hair on mine. When I brought it to their attention, they said "I will have her take care of that for you". She took care of it alright. I had to pay for it....she never adjusted my bill for it. Will never step foot in there again. read more

This is my absolute favorite restaurant near me! Everyone is so so nice and the food comes out so quick and is delicious! I would call this place my favorite breakfast spot, but their lunch options are delicious as well! The restaurant is very small and gets packed quickly on weekends and the parking is tight, but it doesn't take away from the stars I'm giving this restaurant because it is JUST THAT GOOD! ABD is a hidden gem. I debated about posting a review because the secret would be out, but everyone deserves a little Apollo's Beach Dinner in their life. They have great breakfast, they also have lunch but we've not had it yet. The pancakes, omelets, potatoes, biscuits and gravy and the coffee are all delicious. They coffee is local although I can't remember the name of it. If you go for breakfast know there may be a wait so be patient. Don't have pictures because we really enjoy the food and time together. Not only is the food good the service is equally as good. So take a morning and have breakfast at ABD. read more
