Emily contacted us early this year asking if we would like to be on a schedule and I said, "heck yeah!" Twice a year, don't call us, just come on out. Easy. Here it is the middle of July 2019, no windows cleaned. My wife and I tried to communicate but as another reviewer said so eloquently, "We tried calling the next day to see what happened and tried calling the next day after that to see what happened. No one has responded, no one has returned our call. Very unprofessional and we will not be calling them again for window washing services." My recommendation to NW Window Washing is to find help to respond to your good customers or you will lose them. We have already contacted another company and had our windows cleaned, same price but they talked to us.

Today we had all of our exterior windows, and a dozen interior windows, cleaned by this company…read more The young men they sent out to do the cleaning were polite and very friendly, but their work was sloppy, and they were clearly inexperienced. They removed the screens when cleaning the windows, but I was disappointed that they didn't rinse them off. For the exterior windows, they simply cleaned them with a wet brush hose attachment and didn't squeegee them. Good for getting dust off, but not much else. See the attached photos. The windows are cleaner, but they left a whole lot of residue and smudges on the windows, even the ones that they cleaned both inside and out. I'd be leaving a one star review if the crew wasn't so nice.
