They started upstairs while I got the downstairs cleared out and spent maybe four hours to clean the roughly 1600sf and at the end of it my house looked amazing. They even cleaned the inside of my fridge (which needed it!) and organized my food :) Baseboards windowsills, and floors all scrubbed and clean and everything looking and smelling great. Then she said the charge was a lot less than the original quote. I wish they were able to continue to provide services for me once I move but I will be too far out of range. I have used a lot of companies to clean (I moved 9 times in 11 years for both move out and move in services) and this is by far the best experience I have ever had - both the cost and the service.

We tried to contact Sheri, the owner, to address the issue. She responded to one text, which is how the same cleaner ended up coming back the next day to fix things. But after that, she completely ghosted us when we needed to follow up. We even saw the cleaner call her while standing right in front of us--and Sheri picked up--so it's clear she was intentionally avoiding us. Instead of handling complaints professionally, she leaves it all to her cleaning staff, who weren't even supplied with the proper equipment. Having to wait an extra day for the re-cleaning threw off our tight schedule and cost us valuable time we needed for painting. After this frustrating experience, I looked up more reviews and saw that other customers had similar complaints about Sheri ignoring them and delivering poor service. They're very focused on the specific cleaning needs like my grill or removing bad odor because of my dogs(which the maids absolutely love lol). Another thing I like is how Mindy knows my name every time I call. It's like they know me on a personal basis, making me feel more comfortable and treats me like we're friends. The cost, however, is not the cheapest. The last cleaning that was done costed almost $300, but it's well worth it because I always request 4-5 star cleanings.
