Plenty of eateries, although the large one on the 1st floor is nothing to rave about & very noisy. Always clean, Multi story car park with plenty of paypoints, toilets are million times better since the alterations, pleasant staff, plenty of escalators but only two lifts so don't park on the very top floor if you need one. I think the Christmas lights & Santas Grotto are very disappointing this year not up to previous standards. Bus station one side & train station the other. All the other major store are situated in the pedestrian precinct just outside the mall.

It opened towards the end of 2013 yet still feels modern. The stores located here like any Outlet can be hit or miss depending on the season and how lucky you can get, but there is a good selection of brands including Boss, Calvin Klein and Marks and Spencer. There's a large amount of places to eat and drink here too, as there is around Wembley as a whole. LDO also features a Cineworld Cinema. PRO TIP: Use the tube if coming here as Wembley Park Underground Station is only a short walk away, parking is expensive and on an event day, you'll be paying a flat rate and spending hours getting out of the car park. Overall, it's a cool location to grab a bite to eat or shop, especially on a non-event-day, walking around the mall, you can also see the iconic Wembley Stadium arch. 4*

Terrible service. DO NOT USE this company. It took over an hour to bring our car back after we…read morecalled them. It took three attempts at calling before he phone was answered. We were waiting with a number of other people who had used BMG. When our car eventually arrived it was scratched and covered in mud. The drivers side is completely trashed inside with mud caked all over the pedals and inner door. The driver had on a red tracksuit with no ID. We called BMG from the parking space wanting to speak to a manager to discuss the state of our car but we have to call back on Monday. I assume they have sub contracted out. It was a sad end to an amazing week away with a damaged and dirty car and tired kids. No apology given and appeared to have been parked in a field Somewhere.

Add to that the pretty harsh parking restrictions (which have just become even stricter) and it can take quite significant determination and patience to want to visit, in a private four-wheeled vehicle. Happily, in this context, public transport or my own two feet are usually my preferred means of arrival. On Sunday evening, however, my companion and I needed to park here. We took a long while to chance upon this sweet little car park, by the river, heading towards Teddington. It was a bargain, at just £1 for the whole evening, and worked efficiently in terms of access and obtaining the relevant ticket. Recommended for a great view, too!

They had contracted the parking to this company, Maple Manor Parking. Do not use this company. They took nearly an hour to get the car to us, which is not what you need after a long flight with two overtired children. When we challenged them, all we got were lies 'the car's on its way' ( clearly had not left), 'we told your wife it was busy' ( they had not). We also paid for the car to be cleaned, and that was a poor job. The guy who eventually dropped the car off was argumentative. Just an awful experience.
