We stayed at the Marriott Courtyard hotel at Gatwick's South Terminal. We left our car there and paid extra for them to bring the car to us at the terminal at the end of the holiday. They had contracted the parking to this company, Maple Manor Parking. Do not use this company. They took nearly an hour to get the car to us, which is not what you need after a long flight with two overtired children. When we challenged them, all we got were lies 'the car's on its way' ( clearly had not left), 'we told your wife it was busy' ( they had not). We also paid for the car to be cleaned, and that was a poor job. The guy who eventually dropped the car off was argumentative. Just an awful experience. read more
