Booked on line and printed out directions, easy to follow so pleased. After arriving at air parks, we parked the car and checked in, (had to leave the car key in the ignition which I wasn't pleased about). they took all are flight details and I asked would we be charged if the flight was delayed they said we would not as they know which flight we are on and they would be aware when the plane was due in. We went on holiday happy. On arrival back at Gatwick we followed our printed directions to the bus stop, and waited, we saw 2 air parks buses drive past and stop and a different bus stop, we checked our directions, had we got it wrong? no we hadn't!!! so we assumed this bus was going somewhere else. We waited. After the 3rd bus went to the other stop and still none stopped at ours we walked to the other, this turned out to be the correct bus stop. Once we got back to the car park I showed the receptionist the directions and she couldn't care less, she said they have a problem with it all the time but it isn't there website so there was nothing she could do... Whatever, can't be arsed and don't give a monkeys more like! Every comment i made fell on deaf ears, I gave up and gave her the paperwork to get the car keys. she then says your late home, you were due back yesterday, I wasn't sure after providing all our flight details how they had the wrong day. As it turned out I had made a mistake on the booking but after providing all our flight details at reception and imputting them in the system you would think they would have noticed and amended it when we left the car. Again there was no point talking, she didn't care. I would never use this company again, the customer service is awful and it made getting home more stressful than needed.
