You need an appointment done for any work but they can normally accommodate you pretty quickly. The price for work is reasonable too. Perfect for a short stop, especially when you need a short break from heavy traffic. Parking is sufficiently available and well accessible. In my experience they're quick, fix the problem (which sounds obvious but doesn't always happen some places) and don't take the mickey with the bill (again not a given).
