They did not think twice about driving up this way on more than one occasion to meet with me, answer my questions, measure, and install my fence and gates. My lot sits high up a hill and slopes down to a lake. This was not an ordinary installation, and yet Tim's Fences made it seem "routine." Very professional, very punctual, and exactly the type of service that (in my opinion) the competition is lacking. Joe (in the office), Tim (the owner), and German (the installer) and his crew have excellent communication skills and are obviously proud of what they do / the company / the product. I also like that they take credit cards, because I enjoy building up my rewards points even though I pay my credit card statement in full when it arrives. Would I recommend Tim's? Absolutely! They came in after we had a stressful house and pool build and they restored our faith in good, honest, and reliable commitment to both a quality product and top-notch customer service. Well done!

They were honest, professional, and genuinely cared about finding the best solution for us. Today, Nicholas and his assistant arrived exactly as scheduled and did a fantastic job repairing our iron fence post. Their experience and expertise really showed in the quality of their work. We were especially impressed by their attention to detail--the repair turned out even better than we expected! Nicholas and his assistant even went the extra mile and fixed another post for us at no additional charge! We truly appreciate their hard work, expertise, and attention to detail. It's rare to find people who are not only skilled at what they do but also take such pride in their work and go above and beyond for their customers. Nicholas was very honest and gave us great advice about what actually needed to be done. Their pricing was also clear, fair, and reasonable, with no surprises at the end. We feel very lucky to have found R & R Gatepro and Welding. If you have any problems with your iron fence or gate, we highly recommend Nicholas and Claudia. It's hard to find people who care this much about doing a great job. We'll definitely be keeping their number in a safe place for any future needs! Replaced an entire wooden fence and gate in just one day. Wow!…read more My entire fence was falling apart and was in dire need of a replacement. Jose Molina and his crew came out early morning and finished by 4:00 pm. Afterwards, the old fence material was hauled away and the yard was cleaned up. Their crew was quick and did a great job overall. They only offer cedar and not pressure treated wood. Not sure why, but it's ok. For now, the natural cedar looks beautiful and smells pleasant. I know that in about a year or two though, the pickets will turn grey in color and look plain. There's nothing you can really do about it other than stain it periodically to slow the aging process. The gate feels strong and everything is aligned evenly. With that said though, there is one intersection that I think a post would have been more appropriate to tie into, or perhaps metal bracket connection (i.e. Simpson strong ties), but it's ok. Communication was a bit difficult at the beginning. I had a hard time schedule an appointment for a quote and it was also a little difficult scheduling a time to perform the work. Response to text message is hit or miss. Sometimes it's very quick, but sometimes you won't get a reply until you call. Overall I'm pleased with the work and would recommend these guys.
