I am relatively new to the Tucson area and recently discovered that my old suits no longer fit (a byproduct of taking up weight lifting as a hobby during the lost year of 2020), so I did quite a bit of research on what type of suit I should buy next (I consider it an investment so I want it to be as close to perfect as possible), and have had varying experiences ranging from an expensive Off-the-rack suit that I had tailored to my body, all the way to being measured by a tailor who came to me as part of an order through a larger national Bespoke Suit company. The number of suit services that operate purely online has exploded since purchasing my last suit, so I was a bit overwhelmed by the number of options. The way I found Apex was while walking my dog around La Encantada one morning around 6am and looking in the window and seeing some pretty nice looking sport coats, so I decided to give them a call once they opened and scheduled a time to come in for a consultation. I met with Suhail and ended up ordering a navy Dormeuil suit. I was so blown away with the suit that I received, in both the way it fit and the overall quality, that I immediately ordered another suit as well as 7 shirts, and I plan on ordering a Sport Coat and some of their Custom Shoes later this month. I wish there were a score higher than 5 stars, because Apex deserves it, for both the quality of their product and the overall experience I had with Suhail taking the time to walk me through and explain all of the different options in the fabric and styling of the suit. He is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and truly a master of his craft. Even if I move away from Tucson, I never plan on getting a suit from anywhere other than Apex ever again, and after seeing the quality and variety of what other garments they offer, I plan on using their services for nearly every part of my wardrobe. read more

About six months ago, I decided to get my first bespoke suit. The off-the-rack suits that I had owned previously never quite looked right or felt comfortable, and I learned that a custom suit would be the best way to go. I knew that this could be a risk as a result of the varying skill levels of tailors, but I decided to have the suit made for me anyway. Suhail, Apex's master tailor, created the suit within the 8 weeks that he had promised, and it fit better than I could have imagined. I decided to have him make me six shirts afterwards, each of which also fit magnificently well. Because he had done such excellent work, I recently had another suit made for me, which he was able to deliver in about four weeks. Suhail works very fast, but he never compromises the quality of his work to improve turnaround time. Additionally, I unfortunately had several holes made in the exterior of the pants pocket of the first suit I had made for me, and Suhail is going out of his way to have the fabric rewoven. I truly cannot recommend Apex highly enough; the exceptional tailoring performed, the incomparable professionalism, and the affordable pricing make Apex the ideal tailor. read more

I brought in a pair of Tom Ford jeans that I thought were ruined due to tearing, but after taking them to Apex, they came out looking even better than they did brand new. That was before I knew that they build and Tailor custom suits, custom shoes and belts. The owner is polite, knowledgeable, and a master of his craft, sitting down patiently with me to explain the differences in their huge variety of Wools, patterns, cuts, linings, styles, with recommendations to help me pick out exactly what I wanted in a custom Tailored suit. They also offered custom leather shoes and belts to go with my suits. The repair service was fast and superb, but the quality of their work when it comes to Custom Tailored suits is what really took Apex to the next level for me. There is nobody in Tucson, or even New York City (I lived there for 5 years), that can even come close to the quality of work of Apex. I give my highest recommendation that anyone who needs reparations, tailoring, or a new Suit, take the privilege to pay Apex a visit. I needed a dress shortened about 5 inches for an upcoming outdoor wedding in Tucson. I'm a former Consumer Economics teacher with a Master's degree and have completed a few clothing courses including tailoring. However, I'm wintering in Tucson and don't have my sewing machine/equipment with me. So, it was a humbling experience to need a tailor to accomplish what I required. I can't say enough good things about Suhail and his Tailoring Studio. The work was completed on very short notice, and the quality impeccable. Being a seamstress by training, I have high standards. The best part is that he spent time talking with me, and I felt like I had personal attention; he's a great listener. His assistant helped me when I first visited the store, and his employee that I initially worked with was very helpful as well. Apex made a three piece tuxedo for my husband and a vest for me. The quality of the work is excellent. They have also made several shirts for my husband. He requires special care in fitting since shirts "off the rack" do not accommodate his frame. We will continue to use Apex in the future. read more
