We've trusted Leo and his team at LG Home Improvement for multiple home projects over the years,…read moreand our latest renovation was no exception. What started as a kitchen renovation expanded to include a new fireplace, updated stairs, and new flooring throughout. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! One thing that truly sets Leo's team apart is their attention to detail and respect for your home. They clean up at the end of each workday, take great care to protect your furniture, and cover everything properly to minimize dust and debris. It's clear that they take pride in their work and care about the experience of their customers, not just the finished product. If you're looking for a reliable team that delivers quality workmanship, treats your home with care, and makes the renovation process easier, I highly recommend LG Home Improvement. We're very happy with all the updates to our home and wouldn't hesitate to trust Leo and his team with future projects!

He arrived on time to our first appointment and listened to every part of the project. Leo then provided an accurate and easy to understand quote by his deadline. When the work began his crew arrived on time and Leo was there to introduce me to his team. He walked through and confirmed details with the onsite project manager. During the week, the project went really smooth. His project manager would let me know the progress of the project each day. They were open to our questions and adjustments. They also offered their opinions on where we should place or move lights, which paint to use, etc. Not only did Leo and his team finish the job on time, they did an excellent job. It is so nice to have our home feel like a home again!

We decided to go with Sam after receiving 5-6 quotes ranging from 5k to 25k different in final prices. Sam's quote fell closer to the lower end. He was reachable by text or phone during almost all hours of the day. I am extremely pleased with the final product. Like almost all major projects, we encountered numerous hiccups but Sam always had an answer and did so with us in mind. He is honest and ethical and I would hire him for any future projects we have.

I don't often wax poetic but J&D are amazing craftsman, fair, reasonable, and fantastic! Stick with me here.. **If Sean Chase contacts you, do not work with him.** Sean Chase does not work for, or represent J&D Carpentry. Sean Chase is not a partner with J&D Carpentry. Sean Chase is not a "lead estimator" for J&D Carpentry. What Sean Chase is, is dishonest. Sean Chase answers the Angi/Yelp requests then misrepresents himself as a "lead estimator" of these small businesses. Sean Chase takes advantage of these small business owners, charging them 10-30% of the project cost to sell them the contract, then removes removes himself from the projects. Sean Chase is a salesmen in all that, that implies. What Sean Chase will not disclose, (until the project goes sideways, and he has to) is that he actually works for a large company, and he is an "independent salesmen." **Sean Chase cost us time/money for what should have been a 6-8 week project 9x22 small porch, (worst case with permitting), and turned it in to a five month project (June 24-November 29.) ** All that being said, I will fairly credit Sean with recommending J&D Carpentry to pick up a project (which had been delayed for months) because of Sean Chases' inability to be honest, transparent, proactive on multiple occasions. Juan and his team are fantastic! I requested a Thanksgiving day completion date. Juan listened, he was honest, and helped me to manage my expectations, he promised to help and do all he could to make the miracle at Thanksgiving. No kidding, rain or shine Juan and his team were working on this project. Juan delivered, as promised after Sean Chase spectacularly failed to uphold all of his. I cannot say enough about the fantastic craftsmanship of all the men involved in this project. I am very particular, the attention to detail, and the beautiful end result met every expectation. The pictures say it all. The addition of the porch took the corner from meh, to YEAH!! We LOVE IT, it's beautiful, we are incredibly thankful. I cannot recommend J&D enough, he will be my go-to for any future home projects/renovations. Thank you Juan, and your team! ¡Gracias Juan y tu equipo!
