Eclipse Window Tinting

Eclipse Window Tinting

A product and service that you can see to believe!…read more I've been using Eclipse Window Tinting for many years now and they've treated at least three of my vehicles, if not more. In each case, the service and product have always exceeded my expectations. Their process is easy. They're always friendly and helpful if you give them a call and ask questions. Even more helpful for those who've not had windows tinted before. Going a step further, they have plenty of great samples and examples to show if you visit their facility. I'd recommend this, if you're new to tinting, to get a first hand look of the product and a clear idea of what to expect. I've gone with multiple levels and qualities of tint on my vehicles. I can say that from all of the options that I have purchases, they've all come with a warranty that backs the product and their workmanship. The warranty will NOT cover any dings or chips within the tint. That's on you. So if you're the one who lets the seatbelt fly every time you get out of your car, that seatbelt will leave a mark on the window tint film. So be cautious of that. I've never had to return to Eclipse for an issue. Some of my vehicles have had tint for over 4 years and I've noticed no fading, bubbling, peeling, discoloration etc. It literally looks as it did the day I had it installed. Like with some things, window tinting comes with rules. Some do not like ammonia based cleaners or other specified chemicals in glass cleaning products. Know your tint and follow the rules. Also, you don't want to roll your window down for a minimum of 3 days, but up to 7 days. The installation process requires the tint film to "cure" a bit. Rolling the windows up and down could potentially disrupt the position of the film on the window. This too is on YOU, so pay attention. If you follow the few rules that window tint film has, you'll be good to go and know that the products that Eclipse carries are of the highest quality. In Nov 2025, I had a 2024 Toyota Corolla LE tinted all the way around. Obviously not the windshield. In total, it was $399. I called on a Monday or Tuesday, scheduled for Friday and they got the job done in about 90 minutes. I've had them finish up faster but what I sometimes do is, bring two cars. Drop off the car to be tinted. Go out to lunch and, if it isn't already finished, your car should be ready in no time at all. Fast, friendly service and quality products. Nothing wrong with that. Would I go back? Obviously, yes. This is my go-to for window film and I will use them in the future and recommend them to anyone who asks.

I usually review food places but I have to say something about Eclipse tinting. I was met by Tammy…read moreupon entering their facility. So friendly and informative. Being in the service field for over 30 years myself she truly has the professionalism and dedication of assisting others. To me her presence was a value added bonus not always present and these type of businesses. The scheduling is so easy to do. I did mine on line but they also have to option to call which is what my wife did for her vehicle. They not only called me the day before to confirm but also sent a text. I had my whole vehicle done with ceramic tint. This is seriously the way to go since reflects 98% of the heat and UV rays which protects your interior. I waited on site for my vehicle which was about 3 hours due to whole vehicle. They seriously have it set up for pretty much every aspect of an individual waiting. There is a snack and coffee area and 3 different waiting options along with wifi. The overall value when adding everything together lets me know we made the right choice in using Eclipse for both our vehicles. Definitely will advise anyone looking to use them. Can't thank them enough for the providing the look I wanted for my vehicle and Tammy for her excellent service.

Terrible place. Poor quality, abuses laborers. Lies about what promises and jacks price. No…read morewarranty even after I had to hire lawyer. Stay away!!!

This was my first time getting my vehicle tinted. Ziebart came highly recommended by my fellow…read morecolleague--so I went ahead and booked an appointment with them. Upon arrival to the store, I asked for a representative to discuss what option would be best for my brand-new vehicle. He inspected my vehicle and saw that I had factory tinted glass on all windows EXCEPT for the driver and passenger door. He suggested we simply tint the passenger door and driver door window to match the factory tint in the back--so I agreed. I kept repeating that I was worried the front tints wouldn't match the back factory tints. The representative kept repeating, "it will match, it will match." QUITE LITERALLY HIS EXACT WORDS. So, I agreed to his recommendation of tinting only the front 2 windows with a ceramic tint. Upon picking up my car I was mortified to see the tints DID NOT MATCH. The front 2 windows were much darker than the back windows. Additionally, the tint colors were completely different!! The back of my vehicle has a brown tint hue, while the front two tinted that Ziebart installed has a BLUE tint hue (VERY Noticeable). I went back into the store to speak with the same exact man that was there that morning to express my concerns. The man was very rude and cold, completely different person than he was that morning. He then went on to say, " yeah it looks like that but there's nothing we can do; the tints will NEVER match. Every car on the road has the same issue, no one's tints ever match". May I remind you, that same morning, the stated that the tints WERE GOING TO MATCH!!! MY goal in writing this is not to say Ziebart did a horrible service (the installation of the 2 front windows was great). However, I wish their employees spent more time educating their customers and not LYING about what they are actually getting!!! Let's continue with the story... The representative I was working with was getting extremely frustrated about the situation, all the meanwhile I was trying to remain calm and professional. I kept asking what I can do to make the situation better (example: darked the tint in the back, add ceramic tint in the back, add smoke tint in the back... ANYTHING TO MAKE THE BACK LOOK BETTER). All the man kept saying was, "it's never going to match, there's nothing I can do." In all honesty, I was not trying to be difficulty, I was NOT trying to get a discount or take advantage of the situation (money is no issue and I had every intent to pay for a full-service tint). But it seemed like he was irritated with my concerns and did NOT want to help at all... Lucky, one of his co-workers noticed his frustration and came over to help the situation. His coworker was VERY KIND and helpful with the situation. He came outside and inspected the vehicle again and agreed that there was a significant difference (I Was not crazy)!! He recommended I tint over the back windows with a dark ceramic tint--which will ultimately help with the color/hue as well as even out the back to make it look darker than the front (which is what I initially wanted). Unfortunately, I will have to take an additional day of work to get my vehicle re-tinted on a different day-- the store was unable to fix it for me the same day of the incident. For my first time getting my vehicle tinted, I expected the process to be simple and easy (SILLY ME!!) I will not be recommending Ziebart for window tinting services moving forward.
