Went through the machine fine and parked in the southern most parking spot facing the bank. As it was very windy that day the towel cart was not outside and I needed to go inside the office to get drying towels . As I was walking back to my car a fallen sign, which had recently been picked up from falling over by an employee, was cartwheeled by a gust of wind into the passenger side of the Audi. This created several dents and chips in the paint of the passenger side doors. I immediately flagged over the manager, Alex, who admitted to seeing the sign hitting the car. We filled out information on his phone and he assured me that they would take care of the damage. The following day I got a phone call from Alex who let me know that I needed to bring in three estimates and they would approve the fix. On 3/21 I dropped off the three estimates. I returned on 3/27 as I had yet to be contacted nearly a week later I was told that they did not believe I got accurate estimates. I went to Voss, White-Alan and a Mercedes collision center down in West Chester. These are all certified and reliable locations. Alex told me he would contact me again the following day. This was 3 weeks ago and they have ghosted me. Because of their shady business practices I had to contact my insurance which will certainly increase my premiums. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!

I reached out to the support email and spoke with Rose on 5/19, it is now 5/27 and I have yet to get a response, even after following up twice. I used to come to this car wash all the time, it was actually one of the best in the area. I'm not sure what happenedbut it is now extremely run down. Vacuums, trash, cans overflowing, landscaping, all three automatic wash bays and customer service is trash.

I did get a call back 2 days later, got an apology and explanation plus 2 free car washes. Flying Ace has an advantage because they have on site staff to address any problems, however, I must say, Four Seasons does a GOOD job if you go thru the automated car wash providing you don't encounter any problems. Bottom line analysis: Flying Ace has a slight advantage over Four Seasons because of the following: *Always have personnel on site *Their vacuum's are better Four Seasons pro's are: *lower price *usually not crowded *Arby's is next door (just kidding!) Four Seasons just needs to pay more attention to their equipment and facility and perhaps respond more quickly to issues.

But, I was able to get in and through pretty quickly. What I miss as of late at mikes car wash is the extra level of spraying down the vehicle before it actually gets put through the wash. The past few times I have been to a mikes car wash the attendant barely strays off the front. It used to be that they would spray down at minimum the front and rear along with windshield. And if you were really lucky they would hit your tires and sides before pushing the car through. If I had one suggestion it would be that they go after that initial soapy spray a little more on vehicles. Afterall you are paying $18+ for the service and it seems like the least that could be done. Good location, friendly staff. Just could do a bit better on the initial personal IMO.
