We needed a detailer as we found mold in our 2007 Honda Odyssey, besides the mold we have 3 little kids 7 and under, so you know how it goes, crumbs galore spills and more. The more always scares me, who knows that it is? Their communication through phone and text was fantastic, able to give a quote a head of time and get an appointment as well and with humor too, gotta love humor anytime but especially during a pandemic. Make sure you get an appointment as I think that is the only way to get your car serviced. Mr. Cochran came right out when we pulled up (had a mask on) and took care of everything. You don't have to clean the car ahead of time, they clean all that out and put it in a bag for you when you get back and pick up. The car was done the day off within 4 hours and they did the inside and out and it looks absolutely great. And for the price, you can't beat it, love the personal touch Mr. Cochran brings, he even offered his recommendations for Dayton, once he knew we were knew. He said call me anytime, I can recommend lots of places for you.
