My recommendation if you buy a product from the Outlet is to ask them a way that you can contact the store directly if you have a problem rather than just getting the Call Center - they are horrible. Even if you call the local number, it will bounce you to the call center who have no way of helping you - just tell you to take it back.

I even mentioned this to the salespeople and told them I wasn't availability for delivery on Friday and Saturday because I had plans (with aforementioned house guest). A Curteous professional sales person helped me select an appliance (made in u.s.a) in my price range, they have an on-site install guy gave me a price on the spot (happened to be there) and they came and installed it. That was almost a year ago, the thing runs perfectly, very quiet , dishes clean.....my only regret is that I should have dug in discovered this business 30 years ago.
