Long story short, I'd called Hoernel Lock and Key in Kenosha to unlock my house after I'd lost my keys. Even with a scheduled appointment, they didn't show -- or call me -- for the scheduled appointment for two hours. Garbage. When I realized I'd gotten stood up, I started calling around local locksmiths. Brian at BCS really stood out because he actually had a human response to my plight. Even though I was outside his typical service area, he offered to come out first thing the next morning. Anyway - they BOTH are so helpful and willing to help you save a buck if they can. Recently my lock/unlock/panic/truck fob would work occasionally so I bought 2 new batteries. Put them in and now the fob didn't work at all. I went to have him make me a new fob (as I have done for other vehicles at a VERY REASONABLE PRICE). He said hmmm, let me just try different batteries first, sure enough the batteries I bought at Piggly Wiggly (Union Grove) were no good. He saved me $119 on a new fob by trying that even though I told him I just put new batteries in! Lost himself a sale for the fob but this is the reason I will continue to do business with him.
