He came out quickly to tarp the roof after storm damage, resecured it multiple times when high winds loosened it, and even helped guide me through the insurance process and paperwork so I understood everything clearly. Communication was excellent the entire time -- he sent progress photos, explained the materials and installation steps, and answered every question without rushing. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and completed the whole roof in just a few hours. Cleanup was extremely thorough and the yard looked great afterward. He handled the permit, inspection scheduling, and warranty registration as well, which made the whole process stress-free. The finished roof looks fantastic and the quality of work is obvious. From the start, Johno came out for an inspection, gave us a quote within minutes, and even walked us through what could happen once the old roof was removed. I appreciated that transparency. We agreed to the price (a little higher than some other quotes, but for good reason -- more on that below) and financing was handled right away. Two weeks later, construction day arrived. Manny and his crew were on-site bright and early. I'll admit... I overslept and had to move cars last-minute, but Manny was patient and kind about it. He was friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. He even offered to sweep up the dust from our floors after the job -- talk about going the extra mile! The team finished in about 6 hours, right before the rain rolled in. The roof looks fantastic, and we have peace of mind knowing it's backed by a great transferable warranty and yearly maintenance checks. That's a win-win in my book. If you want a roofing company that's upfront, skilled, and genuinely cares about the work they do, Victor's Home Solutions is worth every penny.
