I work downtown Denver and play sand volleyball during my spare time and weekends. I had been looking at 16th street mall for a pair but didn't really find anything I liked or that would suit the volleyball scene. Both sun glass stores recommended N3L at Cherry Creek. When I went to N3L I had someone start to help me who was brand new and still had his training wheels on. To help him out, one of the managers on hand Justin approached me to help me find the right pair of sunglasses. I told them what I was looking for but that I didn't want to spend a bunch of money because my tendencies in the past were to scratch, break, snap, chip, etc to every pair of I've ever owned. Justin then told me about a brand named Smiths that have a lifetime warranty and I proceeded to try on a bunch of styles. I fell in love with a pair and the rest is history. Bottom line I have to hand it to N3L for being in the snobbiest, most stuck up mall in Colorado and still having down to earth sales reps who didn't sneer or stick their noses up right when I walked in. They are very true to form, not sleazy sales reps and they treat all of their clients with respect and dedication to find the correct brand/style. Thank you for your help Justin and the new guy (can't remember his name) and to N3L for being an awesome sunglass shop. I will surely be back and appreciate all of your hard work. Keep it up!! read more

Recently When I was at Cherry Creek Mall I noticed a new sun glass store called N3L Optics. I walked in to check it out. This place was amazing they had so many unique brands unlike other sun glass shops in the mall. I Like the higher quality products and this store had them all. Revo, Oakley, Rayban, even Costa and Kaenon. The staff was so knowledgeable and cool even though I told them I had no intention to buy this day. We found several pairs I fell in love with and they used there "Smart Mirror" to take pictures of me in the different glasses and I sent them home to my email to see for later. I loved this other machine that blew wind and made polarized light for me to test the shades out as well. Really you might walk by thinking the place is young at first glance but I had the best experience both by the staff and there cool technology and you can bet I am going to buy my next pair at N3L Optics. read more

I visited this store this past mother's day weekend and had an amazing experience from the second I walked through the door. The employee Jason that helped me immediately asked me what kind of style I was looking for and quickly hurried off to grab me a handful of pairs to try on. I was extremely impressed with his ability to handle multiple customers at one time as he was also helping another girl. And we all know how us girls are when it comes to making a decision. Jason was extremely patient and kind as well knowledgeable about product brands and qualities. Most importantly he was all about what looked best on my face rather than trying to "upsell" me on something. Needless to say I left really happy with an awesome pair of glasses and I even scored a mother's day gift bag with a water bottle, granola bar and free shammy....loved this place! You rock Jason! read more

Now Customer service at this place is just awesome Jason Haas manager really knows his stuff the whole N3L crew is great they really know how to take care of there customers and thats hard to come by these days. P.S: The Brand New Remodeled Store Looks Super Sweet Good Job! read more

N3L is a one stop shop for customer dissatisfaction. Employee education is GED at best - these people know absolutely nothing about running a retail location or pleasing their clients. If you want to go buy a pair of shades from a retard, go here. If you want the same things they carry, go to ebay. Youll find the same styles online for a fraction of N3Ls prices. THEY SELL DISPLAY GLASSES and say they dont. Their return policy sucks something fierce. Their "technology" seems to serve absolutely no purpose but to raise their overhead. Get a clue, N3L...Please your customer first, then line your pockets with mommy and daddys money for trendy branded specs. Corporate is no better. This company could be run better by the ogre in Goonies. You guys suck. Go bankrupt, please. read more

I bought my first "expensive" pair of sunglasses since I've had my kids and I walked the malls always feeiling like I would getting ripped off if I bought designer shades that don't even offer good lens protection. Then I found N3L at Cherry Creek Mall. Those guys are extremely knowledgeable about their products, they knew the best shape for my face right away! Chris Chamberlain (?) was particularly helpful helping me to stay on style and budget with a great polarized pair of glasses. They offer the best sports brands as well as the classics like Rayban. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs good sunglasses with good lenses AND competent staff to guide them through it. i'll go back there as soon as I need new glasses. read more

The folks in this store in Cherry Creek Mall are awesome. I have dealt with them for over a year now and I just can't imagine going anywhere else for high quality eye-wear and equally high quality service. There is a great selection of sunglasses at great value for the degree of service you get. I totally trashed a pair of REVO's and there was a good chance I could have been looking at major repair charges and the guys in there worked on them and fixed them for no charge and wouldn't even accept a tip! By far the most courteous upbeat and customer friendly staff I have ever dealt with. Next time you need eye-wear check these guys and gals out. Great attitude. read more

I purchased a nice pair of shades from Tyler at N3L Optics a few months back. My current glasses broke and I was leaving out of the country the following day. Tyler was very friendly and helped me find the perfect sunglasses. A few weeks ago I received a hand written thank you card in the mail. WOW! What company does that any more!? I would highly recommend N3L Optics and specifically working with Tyler. I will definitely return there if I need another pair of shades. read more

JOSÈ IS THE MAN! Super friendly staff and services, exclusive products (better than the original sunglasses hut, Macy's, etc). They are very ethical and even helped me out when I had issues with a product purchased there. If I could give more stars I would! Make this your first stop for sunglasses and performance eyewear!! Prices are right too! read more

I had a great time shopping for sunglasses. I was helped by Jason and ended up choosing a pair of Oakleys that I love. Jason was friendly and showed me frames and lenses until we got just the right setup. Great job! I have purchased sunglasses other places but the service at N3L was better than any other shop I've been to. Thank you for the help! read more
