Tested it right after he left and GALLONS of water gushed all over my floor- he didn't reconnect the drain pipe. He came back to reconnect it which I appreciated (my property manager just had a baby so couldn't do this herself), but then spoke disrespectfully to her. When he left and she continued with the wash cycle, we found it was having the same issue (rattling) we brought him out to fix in the first place as well as a new one. When I called the office to ask if they would like to come back and fix it, as the issue is still happening or just part ways amicably and refund me the $80 already paid for the job, Jeremy had BLOCKED my phone number. By the way I was never once angry or upset in my communications- if anything I was overly understanding as I believe you get more bees with honey than with vinegar- but here we are. I'm honestly shocked that this business has 5 stars given this is how they operate. Stay away if you want someone who stands by their work, this was a truly unbelievable experience.
