    Mule weighs about 1600 pds and the majority of the weight is just in front of the axel on the trailer.I changed the hitch to 4" drop from 2"

    Finally, after visiting just about every trailer dealership in Tucson I found the trailer not only available but for a affordable price considering today's market (01-05-2022) at APC Trailers. The salesperson was extremely helpful in pointing out the amenities and comparison of the trailers of interest. After the selection of the trailer, the paper work and hook-up I was on my way in about 40 minutes. Thanks to the knowledgeable staff and products available it would definitely be my one stop shop.

    I am writing to report a very concerning experience I had tonight at one of your AutoZone locations…read moreinvolving an employee identified as Maribel C. I visited the store because my vehicle's check engine light came on and I needed assistance with a diagnostic scan. The store hours indicate it is open until 11 PM, and when I arrived there were no other customers inside the store. The employee at the counter appeared to be using her phone and did not acknowledge me when I walked in She stayed on her phone for 2-3 mins at least while I still wait in line nobody in the store. Worse customer service ever Autozone really hiring who ever at this point never had problem When she eventually asked what I needed, I explained I was requesting help scanning my check engine light. She responded with a dismissive attitude and stated they do not perform scans at night and that it was "AutoZone policy." The tone and manner of the interaction felt unprofessional and unhelpful, and no attempt was made to offer alternative assistance. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told the manager was not available. During the interaction, I also observed behavior that raised concern about attentiveness and professionalism. In addition, there was a noticeable odor that made the situation uncomfortable and concerning as a customer. I believe this situation should be reviewed by store leadership. I have been an AutoZone customer for years and normally receive helpful service, which is why this experience stood out so strongly. I am requesting that this situation be reviewed so future customers are treated with professionalism and respect. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    I went in for a dead battery that was still under warranty. The girls who work at the store on…read moreValencia and 12th in Tucson,Arizona Raquel and Heaven were so sweet they continued to try their best to help me as the Manager refused. The original battery I purchased 2 years ago that was still under warranty found out it was the wrong battery to my vehicle. The manager was rude wouldn't speak or look at me directly I had to question myself like if I knew him or did something to this man. He was so rude and immature after over 45min of the two sweet girls trying to help me he then decided he wanted to help, probably just wanted to get me out of the store. Moral of the story is don't be in customer service or a manager at that is your going to be rude and empathetic I could go on and on about this so called Manager named Victor!

    EXCELLENT STAFF! Took my axles from my '66 Chrysler Newport to them to have the bearings pressed…read moreon, and they managed it in minutes, for a fraction of what most machine shops charge. Their machinists KNOW their trade VERY well. I discussed the peculiarities of my model, and the head was familiar with it. Store staff also is friendly, and eager to please customers.     Purchased an alternator from Cost Less and had it replaced in their parking lot only to find that…read moremy car still didn't work. I had to have it towed to my mechanic where he found the alternator purchased from them was bad. Per my mechanic, that was my first mistake. He added that they had horrible customer service and they weren't going to like me telling them their part was bad. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT! They did not want to give me a refund; stating that their policy is no refunds on parts that were already installed. How was I supposed to know it was bad before installing??? I had to argue with them and they stated they had to confirm their alternator was bad. They were supposed to contact me the next morning, but instead they avoided me. They eventually ended up refunding me my money and stated they had it tested and it was good. But my car worked perfectly fine with a new alternator from Tucson Alternator where they tested the old one and confirmed it was bad. They also charged me a 15% restocking fee.... for their BAD alternator!!! Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, a week without my car, a tow fee of $130 and labor for my mechanic when it could've been fixed that same day in their parking lot if their part was good; they were the ones upset at me. Horrible experience. Highly recommend everywhere else except COST LESS!

Upon receiving the Trailer Plus yearly reminder via email telling me to bring in my trailer for a free inspection I called the Tucson facility to make an appointment and was told by the shop personnel that he was too busy working on a "trailer that had burned up" and for me to call back in a few weeks. I found that odd and never did follow up to try to make an appointment. Recently, my Lower Hydraulic Hose began to leak so I called the Tucson location to make an appointment for repair. On Monday 8/9 I called the Tucson location and was forwarded to the corporate Call Center in Idaho who answered telling me that the Tucson location is closed on Mondays. The Call Center Rep (Carolyn) said she would give a message to the Tucson location to call me. I never receive a call. On Tuesday 8/10, I again called the Tucson location and again was forwarded to the corporate Call Center in Idaho. The Call Center Rep (Denise) said she would give a message to the Tucson location to call me. I never receive a call. On Wednesday 8/11, I again called the Tucson location and again was forwarded to the corporate Call Center in Idaho. The Call Center Rep (Logan) said he would give a message to the Tucson location to call me. I never receive a call. It appears that calling the Tucson location directly always results in the call rolling-over to the corporate Call Center. I feel that having to call for assistance 3 times with no response is not a good business practice. Since I cannot find a way to have anybody from Trailers Plus give me assistance, my only option is to now turn to social media. I have left messages on Yelp, Facebook, and even left a message on LinkedIn with the Trailers Plus CEO, Michael Snow, in an attempt to simply get my trailer repaired. Like I said...."Good trailers, terrible service."
