I'd probably avoid this place. I gave them a chance last year on a new Pathfinder. I wanted the windows tinted evenly and they put 25% on it. When I showed up, I talked to him about it. I said ' that's not what I was asking for, but I took the car, drove away and it was fine and then I bought another one. I bought a Toyota Tacoma and I was very adamant about telling them we need to make this one better than the Pathfinder and it needs to be probably 15% to match the rears he ignored what I said and put 25% on it anyway after he was done, I went back into the shop and I showed him that's not what I asked for and it was very different than the back and he kind of pushed back on me saying the back is 22% or whatever he was saying but visually it's very different so then I called to ask how much to get it removed and put 15% back on. They said they'd remove it for free but I have to pay for the retint so basically ignored what I asked, put what he felt was necessary on my car and then wants to charge me to do it the way I want it done. It's really too bad as I buy a minimum of 2 cars a year and this likely costed them some repeat business. read more

Avoid APC Auto Spa at All Costs We hired APC Auto Spa (Monroe location) for ceramic coating, paint protection film, and window tinting, and the experience was an absolute disaster. The work was so poorly done that we had to pay another shop over $4,600 to completely remove and redo everything just to fix the damage. The other shop had their entire team inspect the truck and unanimously agreed it was the worst work they had ever seen. Everyone who saw it in person said the same. Since having the work redone by true professionals, we've had zero issues. You can get one inch away and it's flawless. APC claims they offered a refund or to reinstall the film--but what they actually offered was to remove and redo it themselves. After multiple failed attempts and having to bring the truck back again and again, we had no confidence they could fix it and didn't trust them not to make it worse. They also claim the court "ruled in their favor." In reality, the case was dismissed because of a buried arbitration clause in their terms and conditions--not because the work was acceptable. APC kept our money, and we had to pay again to have the job done correctly elsewhere. Heather, the owner, was dishonest, rude, and completely unaccountable. She lied in court, twisted the truth at every opportunity, and made a terrible situation worse at every turn. Rather than owning the mistakes, she deflected blame, denied what was obvious, and hid behind fine print to avoid responsibility. The photos we posted weren't taken "during removal" as they now claim--we have identical photos taken in our driveway right after APC said the job was complete. They also try to justify their quality with a clause that states the work only needs to "look good from six feet away." That is actually written in their terms. If that's the standard they stand behind, it speaks for itself. This was the worst customer experience we've ever had. APC Auto Spa delivered unacceptable results, refused to make it right, and kept our money. Avoid this business at all costs. read more

I could have done what they did at the gas station for $1. The moment I got in they casually mentioned that they could not do everything they said they could that was listed on their site and had me sign something to say that I didn't mind. At first I thought this was okay because I thought it was just going to be minor things they didn't get to, but all they did was a quick vacuum of half the car. They didn't get to the trunk or wiping anything down and it was $60 for what they did. The price could have been worse but it was by no means worth it. It may be a different story if you give them a few hundred dollars for a better package but I will never find out. Edit - I spoke with the team and unfortunately did not get anything resolved. To be fair, they exclaimed that the $60 only covered a floor vacuum and if I had expectations of anything more than a quick vacuum I would need to pay about $100 more. I am sure their better services do a good job but I would still not recommend their $60 touch up. read more

Heather from this retailer is a scammer! I purchased a product online and they did not fill the order because I was not an authorized retailer and refused to refund my purchase. They are thieves! And then she sent me an email ridiculing me for missing the fine print stating the item is nonrefundable and they weren't going to fill the order. This is not an honest business. I have had 3 cars done by APC auto spa and every single PPF and ceramic install has been flawless. All cars still look good till this day. They provide loaners and have a nice waiting area. Staff is also very friendly and they provide updates and photos/videos of your car if you want. read more

We made an appointment online (with confirmation) but it was changed the night before, which caused a return trip and additional waiting for their loaner. They had no record of schedule change and weren't interested in investigating any issue. As far as quality of work, what they did do was top quality. I guess I didn't read fine print but for $373 they don't wash the car, they don't touch any of the compartments- armrest, glove ; we have four compartments. Apparently inside windows are also not included. This is a 'premium' service (at least in price) so you expect above and beyond, but these guys are more below and minimum. Disappointing. read more

Almost Perfect. I have had 3 cars done by APC Auto Spa: a Lincoln Continental, a Porsche Boxster and this time my Mercedes E350. They do an outstanding job of detailed cleaning. They went above and beyond by reattaching a loose spoiler and chrome lettering. They even cleaned the interior. However, I was disappointed with the exterior surface decontamination. I brought the car back hoping to have it addressed but was surprised to be told they couldn't even feel the remaining contamination. I could see there was no point in arguing so I didn't try and left in bit of a huff, for which I apologize. I went home and spent an hour with a Chemical Guys OG clay bar and Chemical guys lubricant, then added a polymer sealant. Now it's perfect. APC didn't do a bad job, they almost got it perfect. I asked APC for an exterior detail with the most bang for my buck without breaking the bank. The team there did not disappoint! They made my black 2011 Toyota Sequoia look GREAT again! It had been a long time since the exterior had any TLC and APC got it all caught up. The paint ended up smooth and so very shiny. Great communication throughout the detail with phone calls and text messages keeping me updated on the status and finish time. When we picked up the car we found that they cleaned the interior as well and put all of our belongings in a nifty APC canvas bag. Thank you!! I purchased a Toyota Tundra Rock Warrior in 2011 and I did not garage it. The paint was severely oxidized. I took it into APC Auto Spa for the Ceramic Pro Gold package and Ceramic Pro Interior. Been coming here since I bought my car March 2021 and the whole team is simply amazing! I told myself when I got a new car I would start washing it myself again because my old car I would just run through the car wash. But after coming here my first time I've legit haven't had to lay a hand on my car to clean. I come here twice a month for life now! 10/10 5-Stars and honestly 10 stars if Yelp had it! UPDATE: APC gave me a full refund for the services, so I will consider them for my detailing needs in the future. I just had my boyfriend's car detailed as a surprise for our anniversary, and I have to say that I am extremely DISAPPOINTED with the results. I got the APC wash, which includes a "light vacuum" and interior wipe-down. When I requested the appointment over a week ago, I made sure to ask for pet hair removal and they told me it would be $100/hour, which I said was fine. I even called yesterday to confirm my appointment and that my service would include pet hair removal But when I got to APC today, they said they wouldn't have time for pet hair removal but the vacuuming "should get most of it." They also informed me that the trunk would not be touched, as it was not part of the basic wash. Long story short, I went straight from this place to a nearby car wash and vacuumed the car myself. I was able to get a LOT more pet hair out with the car wash vacuum, which makes me question how much they really tried at APC. They also didn't remove the pet hair guard that was over the backseat to vacuum the seats underneath, so I had to do that myself too. The cup holders were still filled with crumbs (that I vacuumed out at the car wash), and I even found some Cheezits underneath the passenger seat that APC apparently ignored. I'm also gonna have to redo the interior wipe-down, because there are still crumbs and dirt particles in all the interior storage areas. When I was checking out, the man at the front offered me a 5% discount if I left a quick Yelp review. I declined, but that really makes me wonder if some of the other reviews on here are genuine... Overall, I would NOT recommend APC Auto Spa for your detailing needs. I paid over $80 for a job I could have easily done better myself. read more

Their prices were reasonable (after looking at how dirty our car was they quoted me a price that included extra hours to get it completely done, but they finished early so I ended up paying less than their original quote), and the waiting area is really nice--I was able to bring my laptop and chill out on a reclining sofa where they also had chargers, an Xbox, and coffee. This review is for the placement of ceramic pro on my 2014 black Nissan GTR. The paint on the GTR is extremely soft. After searching the net for a product to protect the paint, I came across ceramic pro on a car forum. After hearing positive reviews for the product, and after hearing that these guys have done multiple... and I mean MANY GTR's, I got in touch with Seth and scheduled application. Seth put Lance his lead detailer on the job. I had some imperfections in the paint buffed out by a local body shop and there were some significant swirls in the paint. Lance was able to work ALL of the swirls out. The finished product is amazing. The jet black pearl paint pops like never before. The hydrophobic properties are incredible. The GTR no longer looks like shit after driving in the rain. I don't post many reviews on Yelp. Seth and Lance are standup guys with a solid product and deserve recognition for their efforts. While my car was being worked on I was given daily status updates and even 'in progress' photos. I took a month to write this review as I really wanted to see if the shine would hold. I got ceramic pro on my BMW from APC auto spa. I setup the appointment and the got a nice discount due to Microsoft from them :) They were very courteous and finished the work on time. Its been more than a month since their wash, and I washed the car myself today. It was unbelievable, the beading is perfect. I just hope it lasts 5 years as they claim :) . I reached out to APC Auto Spa via Yelp's messaging on a Thursday, requesting an emergency detail for a show Sunday. Though their online booking program said they were full, Seth was able to fit me in for a spot the very next day. Communication throughout the whole process was great, Seth was very thorough in describing what he'd be doing during the walk-around, and also attentive to my car's particular needs (he recommended shampooing over a steamer for the 33-year old fabric on the seats, which I appreciated). He ended up working far into the night on it, and was in touch about when would be best to pick my car up on Saturday. And holy cow, I was blown away when he showed it to me. My car was in great condition for her age, but APC made it look better than I thought possible. I could go on all day about every part of the car and how immaculate they made it look, but what really spoke for their work were the 1,000+ viewers at the show the next day - every single person who looked at it expressed a level of awe with how clean she was. She ended up winning a show award that I may well have not won without their help. Top to bottom, these guys are knowledgeable, skilled professionals who care about the work they do, and it shows. I thought my 2007 Volvo S60R paint was nearly flawless, shiny for being a "Black Sapphire Metallic" in color.
