Kannika was literally a life saver for my lil family. We moved here from NC in the summer of 2013. Our move was sudden, we have HORRIBLE credit, we were breaking a lease, you name it...... We were moving here for my husbands job but the way things were looking we'd be showing up damn near penniless. Kannika is seriously a godsend. My fiance and I moved to Austin from almost 2,000 miles away with really no knowledge of apartment market in the area. With two weeks to not only pack up our lives but also find a new home, we were a little overwhelmed. Fortunately my fiance's new company sent us Kannika's info and the rest is history. She emailed us a list of apartments in different areas and asked us which we were interested in. After deciding on a few for Kannika to check out for us, she gave us her recommendation which wasn't one of our choices. A few months ago my family and I needed to find an apartment in Austin. We had just come back to the States after almost a year spent overseas, and we had not secured jobs yet. Apartments Express really know what how to get their clients approved. I went through a divorce and a foreclosure last year. A locator from a different locating company got me declined at 2 places! I was very discouraged at that point until my aunt told me about Cole at Apartments Express. I was reluctant but yet desperate. So I called him. And my! She helped us find a great area with a bunch of great apartment complexes and gave us some insider tips on what to expect at each complex as far as applying goes. What I liked best is being able to text her if I had any questions. Let's be honest, no one really talks on the phone anymore so I appreciate that she makes herself available by phone, email, or text. Dont know how I could have done it without Kannika Johnson! Me and my girlfriend had less than 2 weeks to find a place.
