Knowledgeable staff willing to take time to talk. Unlike some other local shops, they don't have an issue if you want to buy from a well known online seller and have the firearm shipped to their store (for which they charge a flat fee). For me, that kind of customer-friendly outlook means I will return there for my gun and ammo needs. Their gunsmith is good. He squared away a handgun for me on my first visit. They have a small handgun range, it's not bad, but they need to step up their game in that department. They have a rudimentary pulley system for the targets, essentially like a clothesline. The day I visited the rope in my lane had knot in it and moving the pulley with the knotted rope was a bit problematic. 1 star short because they at least need to have more than a clothesline to move targets back and forth on the range. All things considered, a great and fun gun shop to visit.

The system was moving a bit slow because this happened to be the day that AWS crashed, but they still managed to get everything cleared and processed and let me know that if anything happened with the card charge to let them know and they'd rectify it asap (nothing did happen). I think that their prices were fair and maybe even better than other "big box" shops from everything else I saw on display. This will likely be my regular LGS moving forward.

The Range Safety Officers are phenomenal, so helpful and you feel safe at all times. Renting is easy and the expert knowledge at the desk is amazing, regardless of what your skill level is they're helpful and will always give you guidance, suggestions, and honesty (like that one may have too much kick for you) lol! If you are coming here though, the number one thing to know.... if you get cold easily, WEAR A SWEATSHIRT! I am always cold, but these ranges are freezing, FYI! In general, it's best to wear pants, long sleeves, a hat (personally), nothing low cut, and of course closed toe shoes. They have sales all the time on guns and ammo, though I wouldn't personally suggest buying those things here - come here for the range but in my opinion buy your guns and things elsewhere because they do tend to be pricier than others. I did and their reply it is correct holster I can return it for a refund after 6 weeks of my first email. It seems their way of making holsters have changed as none of the others I ordered were like this. I have crossed this company off my list to order from and you should also. Their way of designing them has gone downhill and their customer non service is horrible. There was no need to remind them about a reply after a month and then ask for another picture and to saybthe correct one.
