However, the Chicken Wings we ordered as an appetizer were extremely overcooked dry and tough to the point of being inedible. To make matters worse, a Calabrese dish we ordered never even made it to the table. ​Beyond the menu issues, the service needs significant improvement: ​Lack of Attention: Our server seemed very distracted. We had to ask for water twice as the pitcher sat empty without anyone noticing. ​Service Standards: Drinks are served in plastic cups, which felt out of place for the price point. ​Cleaning & Organization: There is no proactive culture of clearing dirty plates or empty glasses. We had to constantly ask for the table to be cleared and wiped down, which made the dining experience feel cluttered and uncomfortable. ​While the restaurant was busy, the lack of organization and basic hospitality standards was evident. I headed over there quickly and was able to hold it in hand check it out and opted to buy it. The guys there were super chill. All of them made conversation from talking about other PCCs to even discussing our carry's and cerakoting. The system was moving a bit slow because this happened to be the day that AWS crashed, but they still managed to get everything cleared and processed and let me know that if anything happened with the card charge to let them know and they'd rectify it asap (nothing did happen). I think that their prices were fair and maybe even better than other "big box" shops from everything else I saw on display. This will likely be my regular LGS moving forward.

I ordered a shotgun back in August, and after months of excuses, ignored calls, and unanswered emails, I had no choice but to involve my bank to issue a chargeback. They kept claiming for nearly three months that the gun was being "engraved" and wasn't ready, but nothing ever happened. They never answer the phone or return voicemails, and from what I've read, this seems to be a pattern -- when customers ask for a refund or try to cancel, they only offer a store credit. What a joke! This is by far the most irresponsible and unreliable company I've ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and avoid them completely. Go with a reputable dealer who actually values their customers. At the rate they're going, I wouldn't be surprised if they end up out of business soon.

The reason that all the negative complaints involve very long delays, is because this owner wanted to buy some items from me, one being a Colt M16A1 stripped upper receiver, but he has no money to buy anything. So he advertised the two items from the pictures I sent and then was trying to get a large amount of orders before he even bought anything. In other words he was selling something he did not own, or have in stock. After two weeks of trying to get him to send the money so I could ship the items which he had already sold to you, his customers, he still would not respond so I sold the items to someone else. Then he begged me to send some so he would not have so many complaints. But I refused as he seems rather shady. It is amazing that he would sell something he doesn't have, then not even buy them until over 3 weeks after his email blasts went out, everyday. I was thinking, he must have some very unhappy customers. He had no right to string me along for three weeks, and after I tried to get him on the phone multiple times I just sold them to another online retailer. I don't see why anyone should order from someone when they probably don't really have it. He told me he doesn't buy anything unless it is already sold. How can you operate a business like that? But he overloads the customer base with email blasts and then tries to find the product. Terrible business model, and very frustrating for the customer. Unless you can go there and see the item, you really should just assume that they don't really have it, regardless of what they tell you. To me its borderline fraud. A great shop, not a chain or corporate atmosphere, but friendly, old school customer service…read more Excellent selection of firearms at fair prices and all things gun related: ammo of course, gun cases, holsters, optics, gun safes, cleaning accessories, and more. Knowledgeable staff willing to take time to talk. Unlike some other local shops, they don't have an issue if you want to buy from a well known online seller and have the firearm shipped to their store (for which they charge a flat fee). For me, that kind of customer-friendly outlook means I will return there for my gun and ammo needs. Their gunsmith is good. He squared away a handgun for me on my first visit. They have a small handgun range, it's not bad, but they need to step up their game in that department. They have a rudimentary pulley system for the targets, essentially like a clothesline. The day I visited the rope in my lane had knot in it and moving the pulley with the knotted rope was a bit problematic. 1 star short because they at least need to have more than a clothesline to move targets back and forth on the range. All things considered, a great and fun gun shop to visit.
