How glad I am that I did reach out. I got an immediate call back I told her what I was looking for and the timeframe I knew it was last minute could she do it? I purchased the certificates and I appreciated the fact that she made no guarantees she could do what I wanted. She couldn't be certain that the quality of the paper was suitable for Calligraphy work. I had purchased several in case I screwed it up, trying to do it myself and I was willing to have one ruined if need be. She even came and picked them up from me. When she called to tell me, she could do it and gave me the price I was was ecstatic The price was very reasonable. I got the certificates back today.
