It states "course" but you are actually only paying for the sign-up fee. When you schedule you must pay $40 each for the actual course. Great class, definitely recommend! Bryan was hilarious and very informative. Definitely covered all aspects of both gun safety & gun laws. You can tell this is someone that loves what he does with a lot of experience & knowledge about the subject. The class was scheduled 8-10 but really takes a bit longer to get through because of the drive to the range (so keep that in mind when scheduling) but if you're looking to get the most out of your class, the extra time is 100% worth it! The review is based solely on the ethics of their advertisement and communication with their duped customers. I've seen them advertise "A $60 course for only $30! That's a savings of 50%!" If you check on what courses they have available, however, you'll notice that there's no such thing as a course valued at $60. I emailed the shop's contact, asking for clarification. The "$60 course" that you're buying is actually the $40 course. It's a savings of ten dollars which is all good and well, so why do they feel the need for false advertisement? Why do they jack up the supposed value on other deal websites so that it looks like you're getting more of a bargain than you actually are? I followed up, asking why they specifically advertise a $60 value when it's really for a $40 course. Maybe there's something special about this deal that raises its value like included beverages, ammo, etc. I received a Take It Or Leave It response, saying that there are no extras and that I just have to accept the $60 part was false. When it comes to patronage and something as important as a permit, I'm certainly not going to trust a shady business that lies before you even go through the door! I contacted the website that they listed the deal with and got a refund. I feel as if I really dodged a bullet here, no pun intended. read more

This class was very informative. It was great to have someone (Duckie) who was so knowledgable on the topic. He answered every question I had, and was very entertaining. Kept us all laughing. Only thing was that we had to drive 20 mins out the way to meet up at a gun range for the 2nd part of the course. Not a huge deal though to me, but it would have been nice to know. This is the second time I have been through a concealed weapons class. Duckie's class was leagues above my first class. He took the time to answer questions and made sure everyone was aware of the responsibility they were taking on. He went over the laws, general information, and what a person must think about before taking action. I highly recommend this class for any one interested in getting a concealed permit. read more

I had to wait two months for the next available class, the day off the class I called multiple times and even wrote him and no reply. We get 5 minutes away when he writes back saying he cancelled tonight's class. Mind you we had To drive 45 minutes to get there. I asked him if he was able to do anything for the inconvenience for not informing us about it and he did nothing to reschedule us or making us feel as he cared about our business. I've also tried calling him multiple times since I bought the class October 27 and never got an answer. Excellent Course. The information presented by the instructor was extremely knowledgeable. After the class, You will have no questions about Florida gun laws and your concealed carry permit . During the firing demonstration on the gun range, you will be critiqued by the instructor that can dramatically change the way you fire a gun. Simple instructions the ultimately have you shooting better before you walk away. It does not get better for hands on training, and the course will have you thinking is there a part 2.
