I called SN Cleaning to inquire about the price of having four dining room chairs cleaned. A young…read morelady answered my call and told me it would be $168 for the service. I thought that was very reasonable because I'd been given the exact same quote by Chicago Couch Cleaning. However, CCC stated that there was a minimum $300 fee, so I should have something else cleaned as well. That was a no-go, so I called SN Cleaning. Why would I pay $300 when the actual service I wanted only cost $168?? That makes no sense. Also, Chicago Couch Cleaning uses an AI assistant to book their appointments. Sure, ruin the planet so you can save money by not hiring an actual person! So, that was another strike for me. The young lady who took my appointment with SN Cleaning was professional and polite, which is important to me. I called SN Cleaning on a Monday and was able to schedule an appointment for Thursday morning. Dimitri came out and apologized for being a tad late. He was polite and respectful. I live in a condo, so he explained that he'd have to clean my chairs in the entryway of my building because the equipment was too heavy and cumbersome to carry up multiple flights of stairs. He carried the chairs down quickly without a problem and got to work. He cleaned the chairs within thirty minutes. They looked fantastic when he was done. He said they'd take 4-6 hours to dry and that I'd see the results better once the chairs were completely dry. The chairs are clean and look much better than before. I've had the chairs for seven years and this is the first time they've been professionally cleaned, so I certainly didn't expect a miracle. They're not perfect but I wasn't expecting perfection. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the results. I will definitely call SN Cleaning again in the future.

Our 24-year-old cream-colored carpet was in pretty rough condition, so I had low expectations. Honestly, I just hoped the cleaning would remove the dirt and dust and make the carpet look a little better. All I can say is WOW! What an outstanding job Jeff did! The high-traffic areas came out looking much cleaner, and he paid special attention to our family room, which was in the worst condition. He even cleaned it twice to get the best results, and I couldn't be happier! I'm so glad I chose Nature's Way Carpet Cleaner. I find this really unfortunate due to the great reviews Nate's cleaning service has. He seemed quite nice on the phone and the reviews seem fairly great. Take ownership of your business and your commitments. If you can't commit to it, don't say it. The pictures I've added begin after our conversation by phone where Nate committed to an update that night that I never received. I again was promised an update on Monday morning and never received it. So that's that.
