I scheduled an appointment and had a nice gentlemen named Diego come out. Due to mold we had an environmental study performed by an expert firm, he wanted a copy so I emailed it to him. There is significant damage and Diego also was suggesting other services such as drywall removal repair etc. I told him to get me the quote for the mold removal as that was urgent and I had already been told that I should not use areas of my home due to the mold. when he left he said he'd get me a quote by the end of the week. End of the week came and went, I waited another week thinking ok maybe they wanted to read the environmental report. NOTHING. So I called a left a voicemail, no return call, I sent Diego a email at his ecoclean address, NOTHING. SO they came out and wasted my valuable time when response is urgent due to mold, even if they called back at this point I dont trust their services. Even if they are not qualified to do the work, how hard is it to return a call and say this is out of our area of expertise. Very unprofessional.

I will reach out to her to get the service that I deserve. Thank you Vera! Customer service was good, however the service to my couch and mattress were terrible. I have a huge stain on my couch. It looks like dirty water stain. He first cleaned my tan couch, then cleaned my mattress and afterwards there's a huge stain. I have to purchase a new mattress. Worst part they blamed the stain on me and that their work lifts actual stains within the mattress..I CALL BS..

They stated they could have someone out to me 8:00 am and would text me prior (as I said sometimes my baby is still asleep at 7:30 am) - well Tim the technician did text me prior to arriving and he was at my house on time. Not a huge time window for arrival but SET and ON TIME! I love that with a business. The couch did need an overall cleaning as we have not had it professionally cleaned since purchasing years back and I'm glad we went with this company. The fast response, timeliness of arriving, and service of my sectional were all worth the value (which was fair in my opinion). Tim did an awesome job - My couch looks new!

Hiring A Personal Touch Cleaning & Restoration was the best decision my family could have made. Andrew and his crew were attentive and meticulous throughout the whole process. For the air ducts they pulled each vent on every floor and wall to ensure nothing was missed. You'll be surprised how nasty the buildup can get in these air ducts if not cleaned regularly! It's already been a week since the air duct cleaning, and I can feel a difference from the quality of the air inside the home! For the grout they sprayed a commercial grade cleaning solution beforehand, let it sit and used their commercial grade machine to pull the soil/dirt from the grout. After all these years, I forget that the grout was originally light gray!!! I am beyond happy with the results and would not hesitate to hire them again!!
