This was my first visit to the new branch at eastland. I had tried to use the coin counting machine at croydon but as it was broken they sent me to eastland and said they had one. When I arrived there was no coin counting machine. They apologized and said they didn't have one. When I explained croydon had sent me there. They apologized again and said they would sort and bag it for me.it took the girl a while to do this but I really appreciated her effort and the customer service I received. They made my afternoon.
