This is a great little suburban branch of the Bendigo Bank, and the closest to my house, so I come here when I need a branch (even though my account is based elsewhere). As a full service branch, you can do it all here, but the biggest attraction for me is the coin counting machine. I hate change, so all my change goes into a jar, and this is where I cash it in. With this wonderful machine, there is no more sorting coins into bags required! But there is one catch, it prints out a receipt that you need to take to the teller, and this is then credited to your account; if you don't have a Bendigo account, you won't be able to use it...... I had a small issue once, where a piece of paperwork was not processed in a timely way, but a quick phone call and it was resolved. I like good customer service, especially in a business where customers can feel 'captive'. Also, never seen it busy, and the staff are great. read more
