On a recent trip to Melbourne I came to this branch to check my accounts. It was a bit of a wait (weekday lunchtime) but I was assisted by a lovely women who took me through my accounts, refunded some money that was owing, and taught me about the concept of ANZ rewards. Staff were helpful, friendly and I left feeling happy with my accounts (I live in the UK now so it kind of just sits there). I've not had any dramas with my bank over the years and this particular branch was very helpful.

I had so many stresses on a day where I needed to get my new house settled and required bank cheques and had to work out money for Bond's etc. The girl was so helpful and actually calmed me down and sorted everything out for me. Aveen Mitra really stands out for the service he provides, and remembers you when you come back in. This must be what banks were like when my parents were my age, you know in the 'good old days'. Banks all do the same thing, yeah, but the way they do it is what makes some stand out. Bank of Melbourne is back, and doing it right.

His staff are very polite and efficient and provide the same level of care when dealing with customers as well. They explained what type of glass we needed and more importantly, why we needed special glass. Their rates were very competitive as well. Would recommend them to anyone else.

The best thing about this branch is that they have a coin counter! I brought a whole bag of coins (dead money) in an swapped it for spanking new bank notes that I can spend on other things!

Considering the proximity to the mall I find a 20 minute wait for a simple transaction unacceptable. Sadly I couldn't avoid going into this branch. They need to lift their game to improve their service. Once I did get served - smooth sailing. Do something about the wait times.
