On a recent trip to Melbourne I came to this branch to check my accounts. It was a bit of a wait (weekday lunchtime) but I was assisted by a lovely women who took me through my accounts, refunded some money that was owing, and taught me about the concept of ANZ rewards. Staff were helpful, friendly and I left feeling happy with my accounts (I live in the UK now so it kind of just sits there). I've not had any dramas with my bank over the years and this particular branch was very helpful.

They are a brand new financial planning company and being new I was a bit hesitant as there was no information anywhere online about them, even when creating this review I had to add them into the system myself. I signed up with them because a friend of mine also did, he referred me as he new I needed some guidance. From the get go it has been nothing but a pleasure, from the initial meet and greet to going through my financial goals and what I was doing to achieve them to actually investing, using my super and getting closer to where I want to be in 5 years time. At first glance, you realise that this bank caters mainly to Asians - most of the staff are Asian, which probably helps a lot of immigrants out because they're a bilingual branch. However, no need to fear if you only speak English because the bankers here, although of Asian descent, speak English 100% fluently so there is no language barrier on all fronts. We were served by a personal banker named Justin, who was very nice, efficient, and overall did a fantastic job. He cracked a few jokes here and there and made our experience of "going to the bank" not a tedious errand. --- The only downside is because this is only bank in the CBD that does weekend trading and probably one of the very few that has bilingual services, it is extremely crowded. The teller line was enormous and stretched to the far end of the bank. Thankfully, the wait for a personal banker took only a few minutes, but if you're here to deposit money you might consider this to not be a very quick errand.
