I have nothing to complain about. That's unusual when it comes to me and banks, but this place seems to have been engineered to cater for you from the moment you walk in. Staff don't let you hang around looking confused - they're there to help or point you in the right direction. It's spacious, there are comfy seats to wait on if you need to, and you can either stop to chat about all the banking products you wish to (if that's your thing, you freak), or you can be in and out as quickly as the queue allows.
