The loss of one star is because it would be wonderful if they had a notification on their site or instagram which states when they've run out of a flavor for the day, but otherwise I absolutely adored their Kettle Corn flavor and being able to easily order get a sealed bag. The service was friendly and helpful both times I visited and I definitely plan to return next time we're in Seattle. All in all, they're amazing and you should absolutely stop in!

She brings out different unique varieties of flavors each week. Carmel Apple is one. I think she has a tutti fruity, or skittles, if you prefer to call it that. One of them comes in red, white and blue. Maybe that's strawberry and blueberry, I'm guessing. Sedro Woolley WA Farmers Market, Mount Vernon WA Farmers Market, and I think I've found her other places, too. Actually, I can't recall what was the first place where I discovered her corn. Can you imagine this job? Making kettle corn all year around? Well, she does it! There are times when I'd prefer less salt on the corn. Well, she does that on special orders. Recently her prices were: the largest one for $15, medium for $10 and small for $6.00. It's nice to have choices, especially if you have a child in tow as the smaller one is a good choice for a first try. The main stays are two "regular" kettle varieties. One has the darker caramel, and the other is lighter. It's just de-light-ful!

One employee even-stood infront of the door to protect all of us. They gave us a bunch water bottles and even free ice cream to calm down the little kids. They let us stay there as long as we needed and the manager went out to get information for us about what's going on. Overall the Seattle fudge employees are absolutely amazing and saved many people's lives and they all really showed that they have great character.

Truffle Queen's truffle salt is AMAZING! It takes a minuscule amount of the salt to add a huge punch of flavor. I sampled a few grains and was sold! I'm looking forward to sprinkling this on my homemade popcorn when I get home. It makes for a great gift as well. This is a must-visit shop if you're hanging out in Pike Place Market. But beware if you sample something - it's so good that you'll need to buy something and bring it home to enjoy. And it's not cheap but worth the $$$$.
