The loss of one star is because it would be wonderful if they had a notification on their site or instagram which states when they've run out of a flavor for the day, but otherwise I absolutely adored their Kettle Corn flavor and being able to easily order get a sealed bag. But you'll find out what that is by taking one of her business cards. I followed her around the area from site to site where she puts up her portable shop under the awning of her Red Van. She brings out different unique varieties of flavors each week. Carmel Apple is one. I think she has a tutti fruity, or skittles, if you prefer to call it that. One of them comes in red, white and blue. Maybe that's strawberry and blueberry, I'm guessing. Sedro Woolley WA Farmers Market, Mount Vernon WA Farmers Market, and I think I've found her other places, too. Actually, I can't recall what was the first place where I discovered her corn. Can you imagine this job? Making kettle corn all year around? Well, she does it! There are times when I'd prefer less salt on the corn. Well, she does that on special orders. Recently her prices were: the largest one for $15, medium for $10 and small for $6.00. It's nice to have choices, especially if you have a child in tow as the smaller one is a good choice for a first try. The main stays are two "regular" kettle varieties. One has the darker caramel, and the other is lighter. It's just de-light-ful!

There was a large array of traditional side dishes and they were replenished often. The Soon Doo-Boo (Tofu Soup) was absolutely delish and the cuts of BBQ meat were so fresh and tender. I can't say enough about the attentive team and the phenomenal service at Korea House! There's a warmth and sincerity in how the guests are treated that contributes to such a wonderful dining experience. Thankful for this gem of a place in Snohomish County!
