They were very professional, technician was friendly and did a great job; got there quickly and did the job very fast.

Our water heater was not working properly and did not have hot water. I used contacted my home warranty (AHS) and assigned this provider to me. The Yelp reviews for this provider were not the greatest but decided to still give them a try. The technician (either Mike or Mark) who came to my house was professional, came on time, and let me know the part he needed to order. The order came after two days and so we were able to schedule another time for him to come to fix my water heater. He came as scheduled without any issues. read more

Lazy rep came to my house from home warranty company. Didn't look at anything and said we'd have to dig up our whole front yard to solve our plumbing issue. Another company came out - same day service - in five minutes found the drain Anytime said they couldn't find and gave me a clear and thorough explanation of what would need to happen. Anytime rep: Poor communication. Talked in circles. Combative. Run. If your home warranty company sends you, you're better off handling yourself and asking for reimbursement. Called the company and have yet to receive a call back. read more

I am very very unhappy with the service. Mark came to my house for a simple bath tub spout repair. He was snappy and unprofessional. I declined the service. Were it not for the manager that I called and complain to that I would have rated this review a 1 star. read more

Office manager and dispatch were very helpful and courteous. Ty listened and was empathetic for the insulting interaction i had to endure with one of his techs. The Tech was HORRIFIC. He was rude, combative, demeaning and aggressive. I felt completely unsafe psychologically given his language and inability to listen. I told him to leave my home immediately. I can only assume he did this because I'm a woman and had i been a man he would not of treated me so disrespectfully. I did not look up this company's reviews before as this was who my warranty company sent. In reading those reviews, I see a very similar experience with a few others. Readers, especially women - if you have to deal with this tech, be prepared for an argument where you will be spoken down to and asked irrelevant questions like "what kind of work do you do" and "do you know how to read a contract". I couldn't even get the tech to lift a finger and deduce what the problem might be let alone fix it. I will call a REAL plumber in the future. As other reviewers have written - DONT WASTE YOUR TIME calling these folks. read more

Excellent response to a home warranty water heater repair. made request with AHS on a Sunday. Anytime HS called back quickly to schedule appointment. To sum up Anytime Home Services: fraudulent, violent, unhygienic On Nov. 24 2018, a plumber sent from American Home Shield warranty(outsourced plumber) was due to repair several items for a service request: laundry water valve, toilet, faucets. Despite the email record of my service request, he purportedly said the warranty company ordered him to diagnose the toilet only and intended to leave after skimming over the toilet a few seconds. As he did not attend to the detail of my service order, I showed him the written service request, strongly urged him to look through the laundry water valve and other items. He barely pretended to snapshoot the valve with his phone. Note. Kidding that the plumber takes $75 service fee for nothing from the customer? Even, the high end local plumbers provide customers with the free but thorough courtesy inspection. When something found is repaired, they charge the repair cost to the customer thereafter. A few minutes after I haggled with the plumber about why he diagnosed toilet only, he managed to begin inspecting the toilet leak. He spent almost 1 hour in disassembling/reassembling the toilet more than 5 times, not identifying the substantial cause of the toilet leaking. I could sympathize that the plumber was stressful with finding the leak. However, he mumbled lots of inappropriate curses(f***, sh**) loudly in front of me for 1 hour. Thanks to him, I heard as many curses as I would hear several years, for 1 hour. Meanwhile, he asked sensitively if I recorded his violent, aggressive behavior by a cell phone. He was ironically concerned that his aggressiveness may have been footaged Note. Reputable contractors manage the background check of their employees strictly and train the employees the customer service consistently. Otherwise, can any customer get a threatening plumber into their houses in relief? After all, the plumber failed to identify the reasons of toilet leak. Instead, he replaced entire parts of toilet including Flange, Wax rings,Gasket, Flapper, Fill valve, Flush Valve, Sealed shaft nut and bolts, waterline connector, etc. Therefore, I called on him giving me a written diagnosis report of analyzing reasons of toilet leak. He turned down disclosing the report to me, providing no evidences to me. Furthermore, he reported to the warranty company his unscientific assumption that a kind of cleaning chemical dissolved the sealant and caused to leak water from the toilet without any clear evidences. Note. In order to make his illogical hypothesis plausible, the flapper, the fill valve or other parts with the same plastic materials should have been dissolved or damaged by a certain chemical at the same time. In fact, all of their conditions are secure. (Please, refer to a posted picture as my evidence) Likewise, he reported the falseness of the laundry water valve to the warranty company, which was shortly commented above. According to his false report, I wrenched the water valve by tool, leading to the slight leak from the valve's faucet. Previously, my two plumbers indicated the valve bonnet packings inside the faucets are worn out by time; they are too loose to shut off the water completely. my two plumbers kindly advised to repair the laundry water valve's leak along with my home warranty for cost saving. Note. Personally, I professionally engaged in auditing, fraud/forensic investigation. I understood that since this company, Anytime Home Services outsources with home warranty companies; the warranty companies pay commissions to this plumbing company, this company cannot but provide the -below par- service to the warranty customers. But this case is too much!!! This company should stop committing fraudulent activities on the behalf of the warranty companies. I currently appealed to my warranty company to raise a second opinion. Depending on their final attitudes, I consider officially filing this dispute of this company to AZ Registrar of Contractors, Attorney General, or Maricopa County Finally, I was very annoyed the plumber randomly washed his urine touched hands at my kitchen sink without asking me politely. He should have washed his dirty hands at guest bathroom. Does anybody enjoy cooking or eating foods under pooh or urine contaminated kitchen? I like to question this company owner if she/he may be able to eat something by smelly night soils. Please, educate your employees some etiquette to wash hands at bathrooms after job is done or in the middle of the plumbing jobs. I could tolerate the plumber stained the doors' knobs with toilet's urine, while he came and went thru my house doors several times in order to bring in his plumbing tools from his van. To following customers reading this review, it seems the hired marketing team distorted the review rating of this company. Don't believe the high positive rates about this company. In case that you use this company inevitably, Photo everything of before& after. read more

Crooks for a company. Stay away. I had this company assigned to me from First American Home Warranty to fix my garbage disposer. I looked at the yelp ratings and was happy to see the good rating. The technician showed up on time. He looked at the disposer and told me that it was installed on the wrong side sink. He also said that the drain pipe is slightly sloped and will need to be fixed. He wanted $400 that the warranty will not cover. I told him we wanted the disposer on the smaller sink and the pipe was there for 13 years with no problem. I did not agree to the repairs and requested another contractor from the home warranty. The new contractor Lion's Den came looked at it and said they will need to get the part. They came back and installed the disposer no questions asked. I told him what Anytime said and wanted to charge and he cracked up laughing. He said the disposer is on the correct side of the sink and the pipe is installed correct slightly sloped to allow for water to drain. read more

This was the best company I've had to deal with in regards to plumbing and I would definitely use again if I needed to. After another plumbing company assessed that I had a hot water heater leak and that I would need to replace it, I called my 2-10 Home Warranty and filed a claim on my hot water heater. They sent Anytime Home Services - Troy - out to confirm this and he did. Anytime made it relatively easy to work with them to get my water heater replaced. I mainly dealt with Troy for this process, and Bri in the office with scheduling and using the 2-10 warranty. First, Troy was basically the perfect plumber - totally courteous, professional, didn't try to upsell me on ANYTHING, and really seemed to do things in our best interest. I really appreciated it. I contacted quite a few times about different questions and information since this was my first time going through my home warranty and I also had to deal with our home insurance about the water damage. Troy made things as easy as possible. One of the great things that impressed me about Troy was his responsiveness and professionalism. I can tell he's a very conscientious, hard-worker that truly believes in GREAT customer service. Every time I called or texted, if he wasn't able to respond right away, he would text me to let me know and why and that he would get back to me, which he did every time. That may seem like a small thing, but many people do not do this, including many businesses. With Bre, I had some unclear things about my total out-of-pocket costs with the warranty and we were able to easily with 2-10 Home Warranty to go over these things. When I had to physically go to the Anytime Home Services offices because I was trying to get a hold of the office but their phone lines were messed up (unbeknownst to me they had just moved into that location and thought they had their phone lines working properly but were not). John, one of the co-owners, was the person when I came into their offices that greeted me and helped me some before handing me off to Bri for more specifics of scheduling my new hot water heater install with Troy. Before leaving their office, John gave me a $50 off discount for my troubles of needing to drive to their offices to get my scheduling taken care of. He said he appreciated me letting them know their phone lines were not properly allowing people to call in. All my dealings with each person were pleasant. I saw that when there was a problem, they were able to take care of things and make me feel like a very valued customer and willing to make things right. One of the things I assess about a company is that I know things sometimes go wrong, but their ability to make things right, while still making the customer feel valued. Having reasonable prices along with quality products & services, as well as valuing the customer are very important things for us. I pray your business continues to grow and do well. read more

Anytime has partnered up with Landmark Home Warranty. They charged my $65 dollars for a diagnostic and spent 3 minutes on site looking at the laundry room water valve which just started leaking. Based off how the plumber answered the yes and no questions from Landmark, The company decided it was a pre-existing condition. The leak started a day before the plumber came out so help me understand how that is pre-exisiting? I am disappointed in how Anytime handled the situation and the plumber did not even attempt to fix what was in front of him. I would not use Anytime Home Services again given who they are partnering with. I would like my money back considering they did nothing other than look at it. I could have diagnosed this and sent in a picture without them having to come out. read more

This is worst company ever. Not only did they take forever to fix my water heater! They were gouging and rude. The plumber "Matt?" That cake out was lazy and very disrespectful. They make you pay 100% before job is even started. Then they tore up dry wall and no repair was done. Heck they didn't even sweep. As stuff was in way they just threw my stuff around and damaged my property. Took my Christmas tree too and threw it on my daughters brand new moped and scratched it up. DO NOT ever use these people if you want a fair price, clean job, customer friendly service, or timely service. I will never allow my insurance company to suggest this company to me ever again! 165.00 just for the two inlet and outlet line install! Those are 10 dollar parts and take 5 mins to install!! My doctor charges me less!!! Oh but at least she is nice. As you can see from their reply, no way is any of it their fault. Good example of a bad company!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!! Horrible customer service and sloppy work! Oh and as for for the property damage it's ok to destroy property because they didn't want to move a plastic tree and 3 boxes?? As for the paint, anyone with any sense can see that's way deeper then paint. They went all the way to the corner bead. read more

From Fountain Hills AZ.... I just read a review on this page that said, "Plumber was rude, combative......etc. Apparently we had the misfortune of having Anytime send us the same guy. First, he wouldn't fix the problem under the home warranty, dispite the fact that I had explained in detail to 2-10 Home Warranty the issue and they accepted the claim. Later when I had the issue fixed I found it was a simple 10 minute fix. The guy wanted $ 125 on top of the $ 100 co-pay from 2-10 Home Warranty. Stay away from this company at all costs, and ask your Home Warranty company to send someone, ANYONE else. Don't believe me? Check out the reviews on the BBB review page. Oh yes, they are really, really good at writing responses to bad reviews. The responder writes quite well, usually ending with "Have a nice day..." or something similar. Hey, he gets a lot of practice since most reviews of this pathetic company are bad. read more

Check your drivers. When they are driving a company vehicle they should realize what terrible and aggressive driving can do for your businesses name. Would never, ever, use this company after what happened last week. Our water heater began putting out very low volume of Hot water so we felt we needed a new one. Ours is about 20 years old - After some issues with getting our Home Warranty to accept a replacement rather than repairing the current heater, Gary came to inspect the situation. He was competent and efficient and returned a few days later and did just what he said - We are happy with his work. We give Gary 5 Stars .. Company likes to charge for services and/or parts that don't require fixing or on items they didn't repair. We were referred to them by a home warranty service for a water heater repair. First, they charge for replacing parts that don't even need to be replaced. I have had THREE separate plumbing companies come out after and each stated the water heater replacement doesn't require replacement of the lines, vents, and valves unless they are damaged and needing repair. So that is $400 Anytime Home Services charges on top of the water heater replacement. Then, the work they claim needs to be done doesn't even get done. I have before and after pictures showing the old flue vent is the same one they used for the new water heater, so $65 charged for something they didn't even replace! Called and they gave me a run-around about how it's not replaced but they "modify" it. After challenging that I'm then told charge was because there was corrosion they had to clean up. Keep in mind they were here for an hour for the complete replacement job so all that supposed extra work and charging of $400 for an hour of work replacing the water heater. Why a company would risk damaging their reputation and a chance for repeat business on other plumbing needs for an over-charge of $65 is beyond me. Not worth it but they chose to do that rather than please a customer and get referral business for being a reputable company. It seeing how many others here are stating the same issue I can see where over-charging customers $65 adds up when you do it to numerous customers! Free extra money to Anytime Home Services by over-charging customers. My mistake was not looking at these Yelp reviews before scheduling them for work because it's evident that this is repeat behavior from Anytime Home Services looking at all these reviews where others were fraudulently charged for items and/or work not performed or not needed. I am also filing complaints with American Home Shield warranty. I recommend others do the same. I was told by the person I spoke with that my complaint is not the first complaint with Anytime Home Services and they are addressing it. I hope the warranty company makes a change by not referring them to others who will be disappointed as well. Shame on Anytime Home Services! read more

Lost hot water and my warranty company only had Anytime Services as an available plumber. On 1/3 we called for water heater repair since we had lost hot water. The soonest they could get some here was 5 days later on the 7th. The morning of the 5th, water was coming up in the floor so our problem was also clearly a leak. When I called Anytime to explain, they said they would send a leak detection specialist with the plumber on the 7th. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. Plumber showed up on the 7th and said, you need the leak detection specialist. Really? I called the office and was told the first appointment for leak person was Monday 1/10, no one could explain why I was told her would come on day one! Leak detection guy shows up and leaves saying, "that wall needs to be opened, the office will call you". Instead of waiting I called office only to be told, "It is your responsibility to open the wall, when it is open we will reschedule a plumber" Why didn't the Leak man tell us that?? I got a handyman to open the wall within 30 minutes and called the office to let them know, had to leave message. 3 hours later with no call back, I called again. This time I was told they couldn't schedule us until we emailed pictures of the open wall and they would be reviewed by the office. Why wasn't I told that 3 hours ago when told to open the wall?! An hour after emailing pictures, I called again and was told, "Your warranty company has approved the repair, you should get an email from us in 15 minutes with an invoice for you to approve" Needless to say, no email was sent to me until the next day. They then invoiced me for $3500.00 to re-route the line. Stating they would be breaking out dry wall and may need to charge more if they come upon problems. From the pictures we sent, THEY HAD NO WAY OF KNOWING WHICH PIPE WAS LEAKING! How could they estimate the costs when they wouldn't know where they needed to re-route? I had enough of their stalling and dishonest communication. Called a local plumber who identified the problem and fixed it for 1/3 of what they were asking!! Their plumber Kevin had to come back to fix the hot water heater and was grumpy and surly with us because as he stated, "I didn't get the plumbing job" Well, maybe he should go to work for an honest company! read more

Giving a one star here because Anytime home services says one thing but then the warranty companies say another. I have a broken hot water heater and they insisted on giving me a $3,000 quote to replace it rather than working closely on delivering the right information to the choice home warranty company. It's clear they talk well to you but have not taken care of the needs not having hot water to my children's bath. Don't use this company they like to point fingers. It's not fair to anyone having to call back and forth to get a job completed. My last call in today was a follow up for the 5th time on the same issue that I need a full report sent to the warranty company. And still not getting anywhere. Wasted $150 in two open tickets on the same issue. No hot water to my tub. read more

SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE!!! We were quoted $550 for a water heater install on top of what they were planning to charge our home warranty. When explaining the additional work, they indicated that they needed to reroute the pipes to install a drip pan on the water heater. On top of that, the tech asked for $65 cash for the service call (that our home warranty prepaid)... A week later, and a deposit paid, a new technician comes out and takes 2 minutes to drill a small hole and put the pan in along with the water heater. When my husband went to pay him, he indicated that we were overcharged. Upon calling the company they sent an explanation of charges that showed everything except what we were told we were paying for! When we inquired again, they said "we can have a manager put something together for you..." Again, no one can explain the charges, that the technician who actually did the work indicated that we were being overcharged for... BEWARE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!
