Absolutely horrible place!! They are scamming my daughter so hard right now. She paid for an in office insurance plan, that included a free deep cleaning. They charged her 600 for the "free deep cleaning". They misdiagnosed a root canal and gave her a crown. She is now in severe pain and they want to charge her another $700 dollars to correct their mistake. When my daughter asked for the dr's name who provided services, they refused to give it to her, thank God she remembered after a while. She checked her receipt from that day, and it has a different dr's name on it. She is now waiting for a call back from the district manager to call her back. This has been over the course of two days. She is missing time at work because of the pain. She called the office she went to, and they are closed. The told her yesterday that they were open today ...so that's why a district manager is now involved. I will repost this to as many social platforms as possible. We're also reporting this office and dentist to the medial board. FIX IT!! read more

My son had a horrible toothache they got him in the same night gave him some meds and scheduled for the next day. We had some issues with the insurance and Ellie worked all morning keeping in communication with me to get it straightened out with insurance. My son still made his appointment as they accommodated a new time due to insurance issues and they also did a filling he needed while in the chair! Everyone was kind and professional and the office is clean and comfortable! They even set up a payment plan for me to take care of cost, and the doctor we got has worked with patients with bleeding disorders before which is a huge plus for myself and kids who have a bleeding disorder. My crown (from another dentist) broke in half during Valentine's dinner. BUT I found the nicest dentist in the whole valley here!! Dr Memon and her staff stayed an hour late just to put a temp on . I wish I got her staffs names too, because they were sooooo nice. Never once did I feel like an inconvenience . I walked in at 5:59pm on a Friday, I was never rushed. The whole experience was bad. Pricing is questionable. They ignore calls and do not call back.

My normal dentist office did not pickup the phone and I had a filling fall out. I called Anytime Dental and they told me as soon as I showed up that same day they would get me in and fix it. I walked in and was greeted by friendly staff at the desk. As soon as I turned in the paperwork I immediately was brought back and they started doing what they had to. Courtney was very courtesy and professional and I cannot speak highly enough of Doctor Towner. They were both very nice, professional, and very personable. They made the fix quick and painless. It was such a great experience here at Anytime Dental that when I was done I decided to switch and make Anytime Dental my permanent Dental Office and scheduled my next appointment for full exam and cleaning. The front office lady is the absolute rudest least compassionate person they could have hired for this job. They have a new dentist every couple months; the front door can't even keep up. The only good thing they have going is there dental hygienists are nice to you. The quality of care is subpar as they mess up your teeth and then refer you out to get out of it. read more

Let me first say I have really bad anxiety and needed to remove a tooth. I had one bad experience in Mexico and ruined it for me. I read all the reviews and my friend referred me here. I saw Doctor Towner and his assistant Robyn. They were so great with me. They coached me through every step, very patient! Thank you guys for being my cheerleader. If there was a zero star option I would definitely pick that one. When I ***** started my braces journey with the Anytime Dental location in *******, it was ok but that only lasted a couple of months because the last strw for me was when the fourth orthodontist, after just being there one year, advised I have two teeth removed from my bottom front teeth! I for sure had to second opionion from a dental office that I ended up satying with because their service and care were very well handled. But wait there's more...after not going back to Anytime Dental for over two years I had to get a clearing from my new dentist for an implant that I need, so I called and amde an appointment with Anytime Dental to see the orthodontist because he is only there on specific days, and can you beleive that when my new orthodontist called to get information from my last visit in January, they DID NOT have any notes or information on the rason for my last visit!! SMH!!! And not to mention the location I went to only one time in downtown Phoenix to get a crown, the denatl assistance left a piece of string on my tooth that was only supposed to be used during the process when putting the crown for that few minutes, and she forgot to remove the string causing excruciating pain until I had to go back a couple of days later only to find out a piece of string was left around the bottom of my tooth OMG! There is also a front desk receoptionist/denatl assistant named ******** has AWFUL TO NONE customer service and is not friendly at all. Just the worst experience overall. Save yourself the agony and steer clear of this dental office. It's a total disaster from start to finish, and I wouldn't wish my experience on my worst enemy. read more

I have been a patient of Anytime dental in Gilbert for at least 5 years. One of their dentists put in a bridge in 2019 which they say now needs to be replaced, although the office manager says "nothing is wrong with the bridge" contradicting the current dentist who says the bridge is coming off the back tooth. So because it's less than 5 years insurance will not pay for it. So they want to charge me $2500 out of pocket. Also there is an infection of the entire bridge area. They generously agreed to take 10% off. I got a second opinion who said a new bridge would not be supported because my teeth are infected. Even if we did another bridge, I would be in the same position in a short time. Bottom line, they don't stand behind their work and seek to suck as much money out of patients as possible rather than serving your dental health long term. I had been loyal to them but they are not loyal to me. Very disappointing. read more

I recently completed bridge work with Dr. Ryan Towner at this location successfully. There had been several attempts to get this bridge to fit over the past 3 months by OTHER DENTISTS.Those numerous attempts did not fit and the temporary crowns only stayed on a couple days. However Dr. Towner and Robin were highly diligent when getting impressions and fitting the temporary crowns which stayed on well. The bridge fit like a glove even though I know my needs were unique. I am glad I persevered with the process. They are also very friendly and patient. Their office is well-maintained and well-managed. read more

Anytime Dental in Gilbert is literally AMAZING. My entire experience overall was more than I ever could have asked for. I was so nervous moving to an entirely different state to ask a brand new dentist to do some cosmetic work on my teeth. He was so patient, intelligent and so caring of my desires for the outcome I want. Dr. Towner literally did such an amazing job that I will never see another dentist unless I absolutely have to. As if my experience couldn't have gotten better, the entire staff of the place was just outstanding. In particular, Melanie at the front desk was just amazing to work with. She tried everything in her power to work with my insurance, get me the best deals she could and update me on anything and everything possible. My fiance needed to see a dentist right away due to an immense amount of pain. I was able to make a same day appointment, make plans for follow ups, and also go get his prescription filled before the sun had a chance to set. The staff was very kind and helpful. We found out that we made a mistake when he was enrolling in dental insurance and so didn't have dental insurance, and so they made sure the consultation was free and that we would have an affordable option for what is sure to be extensive work. read more

He took the time to thoroughly exam him and explained exactly where the root of the problem was coming from. I have never felt so taken advantage of by a healthcare provider in my life. The new patient special was something that drove me to schedule an appointment at the facility. Upon my arrival I got checked in and brought to the back. The first thing asked was how long has it been since I been to the dentist I said a while and before an exam was done a "temp" hygienist said I needed a deep cleaning. Unknowing what that meant I said okay and the administrator came back to review my options. Since I was paying cash the price for a clean went from $70 to $1,400. They then proceeded to sell me the membership which reduced the price to $700. I proceeded to check out and schedule the cleaning. Upon my arrival the next day for the work the hygienist immediately said to me that they were sorry for the experience the previous day and under no circumstance did I need a deep cleaning and a regular cleaning would suffice and I would be refunded for the excess charges. I said cool no problem. After completing the work I walked to the administrator and explained the situation and asked for what we could do to make it right as I only intended to get the simple cleaning for $70 and that I did not need the dental plan that they forced me to buy to save money on what was a misdiagnosis. They then proceeded to back track and try to say that although i didn't need a deep cleaning I still needed "extra time" which still costs upward of $900 for a basic cleaning, which if I may add didn't even include teeth polishing. I was not born yesterday and feel that this is bullshit and I want to save anyone the frustration I experienced from this situation. If you're paying cash I highly recommend going elsewhere for care as they don't give a f*** and will charge you anything so you buy their membership. read more

Better pricing, and good advice from Dr Townsend on areas I had questions about unrelated to the reason for my visit. Bunch of Sales ppl and the lady at the front desk have no respect for customers. I had an appt to clean my teeth and I do that every 6 months, they are refusing to do the regular cleaning unless I do the deep cleaning so they can charge the insurance more and when I said I don't want to do the deep cleaning they refused to clean my teeth. So if they don't drain the insurance then no service. AVOID THIS PLACE AND DONT LOOSE YOUR TIME. read more

No supplies given for what was needed or suggested for the healing phase. They said they called in his rx. Anyone looking for an amazing dental practice should look no further than Anytime Dental. I have had the pleasure of being a patient at both the Chandler and the Gilbert office. From entering to exiting I have had nothing but warm friendly professional staff take care of me. I actually have no fear of having to go to the offices (and let me tell you I am the biggest scaredy cat ever). Having come from a dental practice that was so rude and unprofessional I am even more grateful to have found Anytime. Dr Mclaws has taken care of both myself and my husband, explaining everything in detail and being gentle. The office manager (sadly I cannot remember her name) has always been so kind and understanding, even after I missed 2 appointments, she never made me feel bad. I was seen at the Gilbert office for an emergency surgery on Monday and again was treated so kindly. Kyle (might have misspelled that) was patient and sympathetic while I made her wait on me to have a 5 minute ugly cry. I saw Dr Towner, he was so sweet and patient and spent extra time explaining things to me and answering all my questions. He worked at my pace and stopped to make sure I waa ok and didn't need a break. So long story short I absolutely love everyone at Anytime Dental I have come into contact with!! Working in the medical field I expect for patients to be treated with empathy and outstanding professionalism and I have absolutely gotten that. I won't trust my mouth to anyone else.
