I left Anthony a message and he quickly responded to my call and scheduled a time to check out the unit within days. After assessing the unit, he explained that the unit is dead and provided me with a few recommendations, replace what's required or the entire unit. He was very patient with me and explains the pros and cons. At the end, I decided the right thing to do is to replace the entire HVAC unit since the original unit is more than 13 years old. He helped replace my thermostat with Nest and even found a vent that was not connected and fixed it! Anthony is very thorough, professional and made the entire process very easy and not stressful!
